The property is right in front of the sea. 100m away, on the left, there is a small, not organized beach for your daily swimming. 150m to the right, is the center of Loutraki, with super market, bakery, cafe, restaurants, car rental, bus stop (which buses by the most popular beaches of the island). Other things to note
From Loutraki harbour, as well as, from the traditional amphitheatric village of Glossa (3km by car and about 15-20 minutes from the walking paths), you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset on the island. The island also has a lot of vegetation and a lots of walking areas.
