    Villa Idealia perustelee nimeään ja tarjoaa ihanteelliset lomat pitkäkestoisille muistoille.

    Sensaatiomaisessa paikassa, jossa yhdistyvät vuoristo- ja merinäkymät, yksityisyys ja edullinen ylellisyys, Villa Idealia on suunniteltu korkeiden standardien perusteella, jotka antavat sille mahdollisuuden perustella nimeään ja tarjota vierailleen "ihanteellisen" lomapaikan.

    Villa Idealian rakennus on saatu päätökseen vuoden 2016 alussa. Se on suunniteltu tarjoamaan ainutlaatuinen ympäristö niille, jotka pitävät lomaa erityisenä lahjana itselleen, mahdollisuutena muuttaa tahdiaan, jakaa kauniita hetkiä rakkaansa kanssa, rentoutua, nuorentaa itseään.

    Uima-allas:
    40 m²: n uima-allas toimii luonnollisimmalla ja innovatiivisimmalla suolaveden elektrolyysijärjestelmällä, joka takaa, että uima-altaan vesi on kristallinkirkas ja täysin turvallinen uida (100% vauvaystävällinen).
    Auringonlaskun jälkeen yksityinen uima-allas tarjoaa ainutlaatuisen valomekanismin, joka tarjoaa 11 eri väriyhdistelmää.
    Siellä on myös suuri päällystetty terassi (450m2), josta vieraat voivat nauttia ateriansa merinäköalalla tai rentoutua auringossa koko päivän.
    Villa tarjoaa vierailleen ainutlaatuisen mahdollisuuden rentoutua ja virkistyä yhdessä maailman kauneimmista paikoista.


    Villa Idealia on vain 5 km kaukana Skopelosin keskustasta / satamasta (melkein 1,8 km tästä etäisyydestä on hiekkatietä) ja 3 km kaukana kauniista Panormosin rannasta, joka tunnetaan kristallinkirkkaasta turkoosi merestä, valkoisista kivistä, mäntypuiden maisemista ja keskiyön taivas täynnä tähtiä.

    Panormos tunnetaan myös yhtenä Skopelosin kosmopoliittisimmista paikoista. Siinä on lukuisia moderneja ravintoloita sekä perinteisiä "tavernoja", joissa tarjoillaan tuoretta kalaa ja muita herkullisia erikoisuuksia, kahviloita, baareja, supermarketteja ja leipomomyymälää.

    Kätevällä paikalla sijaitseva Villa tarjoaa vierailleen mahdollisuuden päästä Panormosin rannalle metsän läpi kävelytien (kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan) ansiosta ja nauttia saaren äänistä, hajuista ja aitoudesta.

    Skopelos voitti luettelon toisen sijan suosituimpien saarten kanssa kesällä 2015.

    Saari “Kalokairi”, jossa tunnetun elokuvan “Mamma Mia” tarina tapahtuu, on oikeastaan Skopelos! Menestyvä Hollywood-elokuva, jonka kuuluisat näyttelijät ja ABBA: n parhaat hitit, kuvattiin Kreikassa ja erityisesti Skopelossa, Skiathosissa ja Pelionissa. Joka päivä on pieniä veneitä, joissa on oppaita ja jotka käyvät paikoissa, joissa elokuva on kuvattu.

Beautiful views very well equipped and comfortable house, very kind and generous mother of owners who kept on spoiling us with special local treats. Went out of her way to make our stay memorable. It was the perfect spot for 3 siblings and partners from 3 different continents to get together. Close to great beach with very good tavernas. Our favourite was Kraken, where service was super friendly, food good and lovely setting on water’s edge. All in all a wonderful stay

Magical escape

Villa Idealia was the perfect home base for my family’s adventures around Skopelos. The view is magnificent and the pool is perfectly placed. The house was very clean with all the amenities we could need. The host were welcoming and very helpful and informative. When they advise you to rent a car, do it! And do it in advance. Our time in the island was both magnificent and magical. We were any 20-30 minutes from any location on the island. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Amazing in Greece!

We had an amazing time at the Villa. The hosts were great with communications and providing information. Katherina was available at a movements notice and was the best with her delicious treats and fresh eggs that she brought to the Villa to spoil us. The Villa is exactly as advertised even better!!! The location is a bit remote but that’s not a problem as there is a paved road and it is a 10-15 minute ride to most places. A car is needed if you want to venture out in our opinion. We stayed 8 days with two kids and it was a dream ! 6 min from the beach , short drive to Skopelos town !!The Villa was extremely clean and we felt very comfortable right away!! It is well kept and shows very little wear. Everything is well stocked and the service for the Villa is exceptional. The view to the bay below is great! The pool is always clean and very refreshing. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you for a great location for our vacation!!

Very well appointed villa in quiet, fairly remote location with fabulous views towards Panormas

Villa Idealia is a newly built villa located just below the owners property. On arrival, friendly Giannis of the owners family was on hand to offer a warm welcome and provided fresh figs on a couple of occasions that he had collected from his own garden. The villa itself is reached via a 10 minute drive along a track and hire of a 4x4 is certainly recommended. A car is needed to travel anywhere, though that is no hardship and a normal arrangement for many villa locations on Skopelos. Villa idealia is extremely well appointed whether eating or just relaxing in or out and there are lovely views towards the coast at Panormas. It is possible to walk to Panormas, about a 20 min hike downhill, but the high temperatures in August put us off, so we didn't try. In any event, the walk back uphill is very steep and probably not so much fun in the dark. We enjoyed a couple of days by spent by the pool but also spent a lot of time getting about the island, there is lots to see and places to explore. We enjoyed the nearby beaches at Panormos and Milia, but were quite disappointed with other beaches at Kastani, Limonari and Stafylos so didn't stay put at any of these. They are all beautiful locations but annoyingly busy and in the case of Kastani and Limonari, over developed, loud music etc! Not what we had hoped for, and probably not why people go to Skopelos in the first place. I hope those in a postion to influence development in Skopelos heed the learnings of other beautifully located holiday destinations in Majorca, Corfu, Cyprus, Turkey etc that are now regretting the greed they tolerated and which has caused blight they are now trying to undo. Probably too late. But as a whole, Skopelos is definitely not over developed and there is probably something for everyone. It is a beautiful island and if you are prepared to travel, a number of quieter beaches to explore. For example, Perivoliou on the north-east of the island was lovely. We ate out most evenings and found plenty of great restaurants in Panormos, Agnondas, Glossa and Skopelos Town. And having been out, it was always a joy to return to Villa Idealia and sit out on the terrace for the rest of the evening talking about the day past or planning the next. The villa, and the island of Skopelos was enjoyed by all five adult members of our family and we are very likely to return, we have no hesitation in recommending Idealia as a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended.

Luxury & Seclusion

Simply put it is absolutely fabulous. Quite the most wonderful location with stunning views over Panormos. But much more than that we were made to feel so welcome by Katerina and Giannis and Afroditi - delivering breakfast treats and responding brilliantly to messages - just fantastic. The villa was perfect - comfortable, cool, fantastically kitted out, lovely beds - just the most amazingly relaxing time. And the pool....beautiful water, no chlorine but still so clean. I can't say enough about this wonderful place - we are already thinking about when we can return.

Family Vacation

I want to share if I could give this property 10 stars I would - we had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa - the villa accommodations were comfortable, homey, everything was clean and fresh. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and we ate dinner outside nearly every night with the beautiful pool and the view. This villa is close to beaches, tavernas and groceries. I also want to share the wonderful family who owns this villa went above and beyond to make our stay perfect - we had a special event while there - my daughter's boyfriend proposed on the beautiful pool deck area - Afroditi, Stathis, Katerina and Giannis treated us like family and arranged for a perfect proposal moment with flowers, champagne and even a special cake waiting for us. And Mama Stathis brought us a traditional Greek breakfast two mornings - so delicious!! Just can't say enough good words and I only wish the villa was closer as we would be back very soon! Thank you Afroditi for being the perfect host!! 10 STARS!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Idealia, beautiful location , so peaceful. Wonderful little tavernas on nearby Panormos beach where the food was gorgeous . The service and kindness from Stathis and his mother who own the villa was amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful villa with amazing view down to Panormos Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Idealia. It is a lovely fresh house with good A/C and comfortable beds. The owner came round most days with some delicious Greek pastries and cake. Afroditi was really easy to communicate with about the home and was always extremely polite, helpful and prompt. The best thing about this property was the views from the spacious outside areas - all very comfortably furnished. The good doze pool was delightful and was cleaned every morning to keep it looking very pristine. Many thanks Afroditi and Family

Wonderful vacation in best Villa ever!

Villa Idealia is the perfect place for a luxurious holiday, quiet with stunning views from every room. The hosts are great people, spoiled us with delicious food, ready to help us with any problem we might encounter- but I had no problem, the place is great. The villa has everything you might need, the design is special, in colours that remind you that you are in Greece. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time at the pool looking the sea or the amazing sunsets. The beach and taverns in the proximity were great, especially Linarakia Taverna and Yiannis Taverna. The car is needed, but this is true in any location on the Greek islands. Skopelos is very beautiful and I recommend Villa Idealia for a dream holiday.

Perfection!

What a fantastic property. We have travelled extensively and love villa holidays and this is without doubt the best we have ever stayed in. The villa is remote and the wasps are a bit of a nuisance but apart from that it is absolute perfection. The views and the sunset are better than anything we saw in Santorini which is renowned for sunsets. The villa is well equipped with the best of quality from wonderful beds (amazing sleep), quality furnishing, great surround sound and TV, fab kitchen - no expense has been spared in this villa. The fresh eggs in the morning and the cheese pie were, like everything else the best of quality! Warm, friendly father of the owner delivered them. We hired a jeep which is essential as the villa is so remote. We visited many beaches and towns but our best moments were spent chilling and relaxing at the villa with a glass of Greek white wine and great food. Perfection. We would highly recommend this villa - you will not be disappointed. If you enjoy good quality, peace and tranquility, relaxing, chilling and great views this is possibly the best villa you'll find in Greece. From booking to departure everything was well managed, friendly and top quality. Absolute perfection.

Ein Traumurlaub

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche Traumurlaub in der Villa Idealia verbracht. Alles war perfekt, bis hin zur persönlichen Betreuung durch den im Nebenanwesen wohnenden Vater der Vermieterin, der uns mit frischen Eiern, Feigen und den traditionellen Teigtaschen versorgte. Die Villa ist bestens gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Panormos und die Sonneuntergänge unbeschreiblich. Man könnte viel aufzählen, was an dieser Villa für eine Ferienwohnung außergewöhnlich ist. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit mag ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Nochmals Dank an alle, die und so gastfreundlich umsorgt haben.

really wonderful home!

We had a great stay at villa Idealia during 5 days in August. The villa looks and feels brand new, everything in and around it is perfect. The best view ever. Well looked after and taken care of by very friendly people. Kids had so much fun in the pool, extremely clean and looked after daily.

Paradise Found!

From the moment we arrived at Villa Idealia we kept pinching ourselves to be sure we weren’t in a dream. This is surely holiday paradise? There aren’t enough superlatives to do it justice - breath-taking views, luxury finishes in all the rooms, stylish and modern décor coupled with traditional stonework, sympathetic artwork, pool-side music speakers, perfectly landscaped gardens with olive trees and fresh rosemary…….did we mentioned the breath-taking views…..?! The villa is tucked away in what is arguably the best spot on the whole island. Private & secluded in amongst the trees, over-looking the Panormos bay below (it is honestly a view you will never forget). The owner’s father is on hand should you ever need anything (and thank you for the fresh eggs, figs and homemade pie!). The pool is naturally saline / non-chlorine treated so kind on the skin, the outdoor shower tucked behind the olive trees is a wonderful addition, the kitchen well-stocked and fully-equipped, the beds, linin and bathroom toiletries are the height of 5-star luxury…..even the sun-loungers and veranda chairs are stylish! The owners have thought of every last detail. We will never forget this place and would love to come back one day, but I fear the calendar may be forever full! Thank you again Afroditi and Stathis for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Really ideal

We enjoyed the house very much. It is really a wonderful place. We especially appreciated the phenomenal view and the calm situation where we were spared from traffic noise. The nature around the house is splendid. The villa itself exceeded our expectations. It is carefully and tastefully furnished and the moskitonetting on the doors and windows was great (never seen before in such perfection). During the last night when the temperatures rose to tropic heights we were very glad about the airconditioning in the rooms. We enjoyed lying in the shade of the olivetree and watching the swallows dive into the pool to catch a beekfull of water. My husband who likes to cook was happy with the well-equipped kitchen. The neighbors greated us with a tasty Sporadic dish (skopelikiti tiropita). Every day we enjoyed a fresh egg from the hens next door.

"The prettiest place that we have ever stayed at"

Villa Idealia is like it has come out of a Hollywood movie! It is very safe and secure in a peaceful location with incredible sea view and total privacy. All pictures are true but not as extraordinary as to stay there. It’s about fifteen minutes walk to the sea (perfect path for walking). City centre is about ten to fifteen minutes drive. The villa itself is bright and nicely decorated. The pool is a sea water pool & a great size for this Villa. We spent most of our time by the pool. We loved the fact that there is a great wireless sound system with speakers by the pool. Internally, the house has a great setup, and plugging our Amazon Fire USB into the smart TV meant we could get access to the Internet and movies whenever lounging at the house. High speed internet, well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are good sizes and cozy and all have access to their own bathroom except one of the rooms. Villa was exceptional clean with plenty of towels provided, also including towels for the pool. The outdoor area is great too with lots of space and an amazing garden. We had a really wonderful time. The villa is perfect for large groups. We were welcomed by the host and throughout our stay we got all the help we could wish for. Our group did not want to leave and we definitely will rent the villa next year! Thank you very much for all !!!

Beautifull house with all you need!

We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this beautiful home. The rooms are immaculate, the pool large and the outdoor furniture comfortable and plentiful! Rent a car and use the home as your base as you explore the island. Our hosts were so helpful and friendly. You look out at a gorgeous view of Panormos bay and beach. The hike down to the beach takes about 30minutes and is quite a climb but totally worth it. You can also easily drive down to Panormos, avoid the climb and have your car to bring groceries back. We ate many meals at the Nikos restaurant right on Panormos beach. So tasty! Some nights we sat and drank wine while the kitchen prepared great dishes to go! We then ate them up at the house on our beautiful outdoor dining set. Can't recommend this Villa more highly! Thank you, Afroditi!

¡Una casa impecable!

Limpia, cómoda, muy bien equipada, con unas vistas impresionantes. Atendida perfectamente por el padre del propietario que recoge la basura, quita los cojines de las tumbonas cuando llueve, soluciona las dudas que puedas tener, etc. La playa de Panormos esta cerca, unos diez minutos escasos en coche, hay varios restaurantes ahí mismo y se puede bajar caminando por un sendero en unos 15 minutos y alguno mas en subir (Con casi 60 años y sobrepeso) Única pega: el acceso en coche es por un camino sin asfaltar, un par de kilómetros escasos, que se recorren en cuatro o cinco minutos.

Exceptional in every respect...

From the moment we arrived - and we were met at the port by our charming host, everything was just perfect. The house is brand new and very well designed. The villa was spacious and very clean .Three bathrooms made our stay luxurious. Almost every day the cheerful and helpful host attended and kept the house sparkling. We enjoyed ourselves completely. I jumped in the pool almost every morning or night. I will miss the beautiful view from the villa . The location could not be better. Just twenty minutes from the town , and no more than ten minutes from three fantastic beaches (Panormos , Milies , Kastani ), ranging from all day party-time through to Greece as it used to be. Nearby, is a quality supermarket that sells all that one needs. We had a wonderful time and our expectations were exceeded on every level. Highly recommended.

Breathtaking

We arrived very late on the day, and basically had dinner and went to bed. The following morning I awoke and went out on the balcony. The views took my breath away..... Sea view all around. Priceless! It is a brand new house offering all modern amenities and a crystal clear swimming pool. The swimming pool with deck chairs is just wonderful and of course ….wifi is available all over the villa. I can't think of any negative point. A lot of space, good taste, clean, terrasses with wonderful views. The landscape is peaceful and calming. Hosts are awesome people. They left a detailed description of everything we needed to make our holiday a memorable one. Places to visit, good restaurants, how everything works in the house and so many more. It is THE house where I would like to go back for a relaxing stay on one of the most beautiful islands of the World!

Amazing Villa !!!!!

The hosts was there for us from the minute we made our first request online until we left her beautiful Villa. The view is amazing, the rooms all with tasty interior design and lots of space everywhere. Full equipped kitchen and total quite romantic place. The kids loved the pool. The views are amazing even from your bathroom you can see the ocean. To drive to town takes only 15 min. The Villas look like on the pictures and we enjoyed it very much. I want to come back already to Skopelos !!!

Great house and sea view in a quiet location

Villa Idealia is a beautiful house which is (very) well equipped and comfortable. It has a great view on the Panormos bay and its rural location makes it a perfect location for a get away holiday. Stathis was incredibly helpful though out our booking and stay. He met us at the port upon our arrival, gave us plenty of advice and assistance with our vehicle hire booking, places to go and things to do while in Skopelos. His parents were lovely and very discreet neighbours who were very generous with their eggs and tomatoes. We had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend Villa Idealia to any of our friends going to Skopelos.
