”Single bedrooms are worse in person and pictures are not shown for it. Very dirty inside, nothing seems to be cleaned at all except maybe the sheets. Every room is a smoking room, so everything smells like cigarettes, including; pillows, sheets, towels, floor, and AC blows out cigarette smell. ”

Everyone I met was catfished by the pictures and said they wouldn’t stay here for a vacation. I entered the elevator and the way it closed even scared those who dared entered. ”The shower was dirty with no conditioner or shampoo. The room smelled like smoke, it was loud and too expensive for the quality of the room . The beds were comfy but the upstairs room was loud.”

”I was put in room 220 on the end. It was quiter than a lot of their rooms but keep in mind freeway road noise is constant. But its easy to get a good night's sleep. This room didn't get neighbors smoking and talking outside my room door. Other rooms get that issue.”

”We requested a handicap accessible room. When physically checking in, they said the current occupants extended their stay and it was no longer available. The room we had was filled with the smell of secondhand smoke (non-smoking room) and there was a live cockroach.”
