    A designer two-bedroom apartment above one of Nairobi's most exciting neighbourhoods, with private balcony views of the city skyline, two king-size beds, a fully equipped marble kitchen, and building amenities that rival the best hotels in the city.
    Two minutes on foot from the Global Trade Centre - Nairobi's most iconic new address and within walking distance of the finest dining, coffee, retail and nightlife Westlands has to offer.

    Keypad entry, free secure parkingand a complimentary airport transfer for stays of three nights or more. This is not a serviced apartment. This is a proper home designed, considered and ready for you.

    THE SPACE
    From the moment you enter, the apartment announces itself. A cascading crystal chandelier hangs above a living room that has been designed with genuine care not staged for photographs and cold in person, but warm, functional and beautiful in equal measure.

    A large L-shaped sectional sofa in oatmeal bouclé anchors the space, styled with geometric throw pillows in cognac leather and bold graphic prints. A clear glass-top coffee table sits at its centre, and beneath everything, a patterned area rug in cream, sand, and charcoal ties the room together with quiet confidence.

    The entertainment setup is seriously considered. A 55-inch Smart TV is wall-mounted and connected to a soundbar and subwoofer system a proper home cinema configuration that transforms film nights, sports and music into something genuinely immersive. Whether you are catching up on Netflix, streaming a live match, or simply setting the mood with ambient visuals, the audio-visual quality here is hotel-grade.

    Floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains run the full length of the window wall, softening the natural light into a warm, diffused glow throughout the day. Blackout drapes layer behind them for mornings when you want complete darkness.

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
    The master bedroom is anchored by a king-size bed dressed in crisp white hotel-weight cotton linen, layered with a soft caramel throw and a mix of white and dusky rose accent pillows. The headboard is channel-stitched in taupe velvet and rises dramatically toward the ceiling. A gold sputnik ceiling pendant — six globe bulbs on slender brass arms — provides warm, gallery-like light in the evenings. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open directly onto the private balcony, where a bistro table and two chairs are positioned for exactly the view you came for.
    The second bedroom is identically furnished in terms of quality and comfort. The queen-size bed, the same hotel linen, the same gold pendant ceiling light, the same blackout and sheer curtain layering. Large framed windows look out toward the city, and the room has ample storage, thoughtful bedside surfaces, and a genuine sense of calm that makes it easy to decompress after a full day.
    Both bedrooms are quiet, well-insulated from the building's common areas, and designed to feel like a retreat rather than simply a place to sleep.

    KITCHEN AND DINING
    The kitchen is a full-size, properly equipped cooking space — not the token two-burner unit found in most serviced apartments. White high-gloss upper cabinetry sits above slate-grey lower units, with a grey marble-effect tile backsplash running the length of the counter. Gold-tap fixtures throughout give the kitchen a premium feel that the rest of the apartment carries forward consistently.
    Appliances include a four-burner gas hob with a canopy extractor, a built-in oven, a stainless-steel fridge-freezer with water and ice dispenser, a microwave, and a fully stocked coffee station. All cookware, crockery, glassware, and utensils are provided. You can arrive, unpack, and cook a proper meal within the hour.
    The kitchen flows into a marble-topped island that comfortably seats four on bar-height wooden and black leather chairs. Pendant lights in sculpted metal hang low above it, creating a warm, focused pool of light that makes every meal feel considered. The island functions as a breakfast bar in the morning, a workspace through the day, and a relaxed dining table in the evening — it is the social and functional centre of the apartment, and guests consistently describe it as one of their favourite features.

    THE BALCONY AND VIEWS
    The private balcony is accessible directly from the master bedroom through full-height sliding glass doors framed in matte black. A bistro table and two chairs are set up and waiting. The view from here — and from the bedroom windows throughout the apartment — is the defining feature of this property.
    The apartment faces east with an unobstructed aspect across the Westlands skyline. The GTC Residence twin towers dominate the foreground, their floors of lit windows stacking toward the Nairobi night sky. The Pan Pacific tower rises behind them. In the mid-distance, the broader Nairobi CBD cluster glitters against deep blue. And beyond all of it, Nairobi Hill — dense with tree cover — provides a green counterpoint that grounds the whole view in its East African context.
    Guests who have stayed here more than once tell us they plan their evenings around it. The balcony at sunset, with the city laying on its finest performance below, is reason enough to book this apartment over any other option in Westlands.

    BUILDING AMENITIES
    The apartment sits within a full-service residential building that offers amenities well above the standard for Nairobi short-stay accommodation. All of the following are included for guests at no additional charge.
    Swimming Pool. A full-size pool in the building complex is available to all guests throughout their stay — ideal for morning laps, an afternoon cool-down, or simply unwinding after a long day of meetings or sightseeing.
    Gym. A fully equipped fitness centre with both cardio and weight training equipment is available in the building. Guests on extended stays particularly appreciate being able to maintain their routine without the cost or inconvenience of an external gym membership.
    Rooftop Terrace. The building rooftop offers a panoramic view across Westlands, the CBD, and beyond -arguably the best vantage point in the neighbourhood. It is an exceptional spot at sunset and well into the evening.
    Secure Parking. One dedicated parking space in the building's gated, guarded compound is included with every booking. Guests arriving by car can park and walk away without a second thought about vehicle security.
    24-Hour Security. The building has staffed security around the clock. The compound is gated and monitored continuously, and the residential building itself requires key or code access throughout.

    PRACTICAL DETAILS
    Smart Keypad Entry. There is no key to collect and no meet-and-greet required. Your unique door code is sent to you 24 hours before arrival. You can check in at 2 PM, at midnight, or at 4 AM if your flight demands it - the apartment is ready and waiting on your schedule, not ours.

    Free Airport Transfer. For bookings of three nights or more, a complimentary airport transfer from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport is included. Simply let us know your flight details at least 24 hours in advance and it is arranged. No haggling at the arrivals hall, no surge pricing, no uncertainty — you land and someone is there.

    Cleaning on Request. A mid-stay clean is available on request with 24 hours' notice.

    Wi-Fi. The apartment is served by a 50 Mbps fibre connection — fast enough for 4K streaming, video conferencing, and multiple devices running simultaneously without any drop in performance. Remote workers and business travellers consistently find it more than sufficient for a full working day.

    LOCATION
    Westlands has evolved over the past decade from a peripheral suburb into Nairobi's undisputed cosmopolitan hub. The streets surrounding GTC are lined with independent coffee roasters, pan-African restaurants, international cuisine spanning Ethiopian, Japanese, Indian and contemporary Kenyan, rooftop bars, and the kind of interesting, walkable urban life that makes explorers feel at home immediately.
    The GTC complex — two minutes on foot from the apartment — houses a supermarket, food and beverage outlets, a pharmacy, and a number of Nairobi's most active corporate offices. Sarit Centre, one of Nairobi's best-stocked shopping malls, is under ten minutes on foot. Westgate Shopping Mall is similarly close. Both offer grocery shopping, pharmacies, cinemas, and a wide range of dining options.
    For business travellers, the Upper Hill business district and the Nairobi CBD are fifteen minutes by car. The UN Gigiri complex is approximately twenty minutes. Jomo Kenyatta International Airport is thirty to forty minutes depending on traffic — and with the complimentary transfer included for longer stays, that final leg is already handled.
    Uber, Bolt, and taxis are plentiful and available around the clock. Westlands is considered one of Nairobi's safest and most navigable neighbourhoods for international visitors, and the density of quality options within walking distance makes it genuinely possible to spend an entire trip without needing a car at all.

    HOUSE RULES
    Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability — please enquire at least 24 hours in advance.
    The maximum occupancy is four guests. No smoking is permitted inside the apartment; the balcony is acceptable. No pets are allowed, in line with building policy. The apartment is in an occupied residential building and is not suitable for parties or events.
    The complimentary airport transfer applies to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport only and must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival.
    Availability moves quickly, particularly over weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods. If your dates are open, this is the time to secure them.
