”My bath room smelled like sewer gas. The shower was not that hot and poor water prevented”

”We arrived at the hotel about 10 o’clock at night and left at 5:30 AM the next morning. So we did not experience a lot of the amenities available at the hotel, but what we did see and experience was excellent, especially for the price. ”

”The lift was not working ..:. Be checked in at 1:30 in the afternoon, and they gave us the top most player. Floor asking us to pick up Bags and go over there. We believe this was done because we are from India because we saw people checking in later and getting lower floors There was no shower gel in the bathroom. We have to wait 15 minutes to get the same. Later, the flush broke and nobody came to repair even after multiple reminders”

”This place is awesome! The hotel is in a very safe location. It looks newer, updated and comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the breakfast went later than 9am as we just missed it by the time we made it to the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!”

”If I could rate this hotel a zero star, I would rate it a negative 10. The room was disgusting. Stains on pillow sheets, bedding, towels in bathroom, the floor had crumbs all over it, the dresser had food crumbs, the wall had red stains on them, there was hair in the sheets and handprints on the headboard. The bathroom had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper left and was completely untouched in terms of being cleaned. The window to outside was open, allowing bugs to get in. The housekeeper was pushing...

”Very conveniently located near Baldwin Wallace University. Wonderful FREE breakfast with hot foods, cereals, fruits and breads. Friendly staff who have worked there a long time and are willing to help in a variety of situations. Rooms are large and clean! Great hotel! ”

”The room was fine for the price. It is a little outdated and the walls were scuffed up/paint was chipping. I didn't use the kitchen so I can't speak on that. Things seemed clean enough, but certainly not great. During my second night the fire alarm in the building went off. Another guest had burnt food, and smoke was seeping out of their door. The alarm continued for a good 30-40 minutes. The staff did not respond to this, and it took other guests calling the fire department to get someone to...
