”It was clean, staff was nice at check in. It definitely needs upgraded. And wish there would have been more warm options at breakfasts instead of all breads. Eggs and meats for those with dietary restrictions is nice. ”

”The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. They put me in a room that was not prepared. Moved me to another room that was already reserved for somebody else then moved me again to another room where the TV wasn’t working the phone wasn’t working and somebody had to come fix everything. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.”

”Rooms laid out nicely. Shower pressure and temperature excellent. Very convenient to airport rental car return.”

”The hotel canceled my reservation before I even arrived. Because they were overbooked.No one attempted to contact me. Even though the desk clerk said somebody called me. Yet I had no missed calls. They’re liars! I will never make another reservation at this location again!”

”There was a lot of trash piled up that was not swept up. Other than that the property was in good condition. My handicap room just happened to be at the end of the building where the trash was piled up about 10 ft away.”

”Rooms were filthy with stains all over the walls and rugs with black mold everywhere (on lamp shades and curtains above the AC unit). The first room we were provided actually had erotic toys left behind from a previous occupant. The second room smelled of smoke with burn holes in the sheets and a terrible odor in the room. VERY unhealthy living conditions, with trash left in the hallways, etc.”
