”Staff was friendly and courteous and accommodating to my late arrival and late check out.”

”Carpets were stained. Tub was peeling its coating. No AC in breakfast area. Witnessed front desk attendant arguing with an incoming guest. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Questionable characters in the main lobby hanging out using foul language. Just not a nice atmosphere.”

”I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance.”

”Even around the exterior landscaping lots of weeds, room not as pictured very old dusty couch moths flying around room when turn lights on and entered. Badly damaged scuffed shower/tub walls. Not even a chair and table in the room. Supposed to be a suite and pictures having separate room for couch and a little desk/work station and that was not the case at all. Breakfast was a joke. The worst grossest hotel breakfast ever experienced. Woman was interviewing and complaining about housekeepers...

”The shuttle ride and driver was great— very friendly and kind! Outside property needs upkeep and cleaning up. Inside was dirty. My room had an odor of being unclean and the floors were dirty—walking barefoot in my room resulted in dark and dirty feet!! Corners on floors were caked with dirt. My shower curtain was grossly moldy on the bottom. I did not eat breakfast here because of the overall lack of cleanliness. The night front desk person seemed annoyed when I asked a question about the...

”This place is poorly maintained. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. We booked our travel in February for 2 days. It reaked of weed and looked like nothing had been cleaned in both of our rooms. There was bugs,torn and stained carpet,holes in the walls. Don't stay here.”

”The property was well kept and the staff was helpful. This former NASA facility has been reimagined and thankfully the owners have embraced the history and kept the cools 60's elements. Would recommend.”
