”There was no a/c in lobby. Very hot and humid out. Very noisy in my room. Always something running. Didn’t sleep well at all. Very old, looked dirty (stains in bathroom). Then shuttle didn’t have a/c. Garbage cans outside were spilling over, front entrance not appealing. Girl in morning not very friendly.”

”I booked the stay seeing breakfast was included, until the morning we were noticed that breakfast was not included. I don't know which side was wrong, but disappointed about this part, the day was raining so heavily and the whole family has to rush to find a place to eat because kids so starve”

”The general areas and rooms are very clean. The breakfast that is included is a decent selection of foods; -scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, many types of bread, fresh fruits, yogurt, juices, pastries and a waffle maker so you can make your own waffle. The ladies working there are very helpful and pleasant and often enquired if I needed anything. The additional perk of fruit infused water in the lobby was a thoughtful idea. Overall, a very positive experience.”

”Got there at 1030 after a late flight. Upon arriving the front desk clerk argued with me for 30 minutes that I had already checked in. Come to find out he had checked in the wrong family and gave my room to them. And then said they were “sold out”. I asked numerous times if he checked that persons ID and he said he was pretty sure he did and that it was my name. Fortunately it was someone we know so we were able to finally get it switched out. ”The room was clean. The mattress needs to be replaced. I have stay twice in May and both times the elevator was broken. Luckily I was able to a room on first floor, it was handicapped accessible. Not the greatest! Staff was friendly! I am hoping they remodel soon ! This place is convenient for my visit to see grandkids!”

”I had one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever encountered at Quality Inn. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor, the pillows were torn and visibly unclean, and the door lock was broken, creating both hygiene and safety concerns. When I reported these issues, the staff offered me a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. It had a strong chlorine-like smell and showed similar cleanliness problems. At that point, I did not feel comfortable...

”The exterior looks clean but when we walked into the room there was a bad smell. I am not sure if other rooms smelled like this but I even woke up from sleep and was hit with the bad smell.”
