”I lost my Driver's License and had 2 other forms of ID however the manager wouldn't accept them and kept stating that he had problems before and wouldn't let me check in. ”The reason I booked this hotel was due to its proximity to the airport and having a shuttle. They stated when I called you just needed to let them know when you needed to leave for the airport; upon arrival, the person at the desk said it ran every hour and on the day of leaving, there was only woman person (the manager) who drove the shuttle and couldn’t leave the desk for hours. This in my opinion was a bait and switch.”

”Staff and check in was wonderful. 1 bathroom light was burnt out, and there was no toilet paper on the roll when we checked in. Also found a packet of sauce by the tv stand, and a candy paper under the chair on the room. Thank god the bathroom and beds were clean. But the floor could have definitely been cleaned better.”

”The room was clean and from what I saw the hotel was too. The parking lot had a lot of cigatette butts. The shower was lacking with the water pressure. There was no clock in the room or instructions as to using the wifi. The other occupants were very noisy during the night and in the morning. Very thin walls. Saturday night there was some kind of issue as quite a few police cars came but don't know what that was about. We won't go back there.”
