”I'm sure this place has been great - but it's seen better days now. My floor in my room was soaking wet - they moved me to another room. Everything is just tired now. Too bad for such a great facility.”

”Room was clean, kitchen was stocked, we had everything we needed without having to disturb staff or be disturbed. We came over Mother’s Day weekend and it was very chaotic. The lobby had a disgruntled customer who came in early to get her room key and had to wait four hours until check in. She made a scene and was very loud complaining about how she wasn’t being catered to fast enough. Jenna assisted me during check in and was balancing the lobby full of other customers the disgruntled customer...

”The pool and hot tub were both broken. They gave us free breakfast to compensate. The carpet on the 4th floor seemed to be overlaid on previous carpet. It was difficult for the wheelchair to move over it. The bed height was not easily accessible in the handicapped room.”

”This property was disgusting!! We spent 2hrs cleaning the home, the backyard was moldy, dirty and the hanging cool chairs shown in pictures are filthy and the lighted area only lit a small corner! The doors were black and disgusting, the windows were filled with mud and dirt! The pictures are false advertising, the whole property were false advertised, I was mortified I spent ANY money on this property!! I will be reaching out to corporate for this matter! The pictures show clean, cutesy home...

”The hotel was easy to find, good directions. The desk clerk could have been a little nicer, she seemed very put out that we we're checking in. Was surprised when she told me that I had to give her my credit card for a $150.00 hold. Usually the credit card you use to pay for the room is good enough but she said that because I booked through Expedia I need to give her a credit card. I did get the hold money back. The room and bathroom were clean but there was no microwave or coffee pot in the...
