”We stayed at Smart Stay Inn over the 4th of July weekend. The staff was very courteous and very helpful. We spoke with the front desk manager twice and both times they went over and beyond to assist us. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping came in each day to freshen the room up and add new towels and toiletries. The complimentary breakfast is the only negative I have with this stay. Although they replenished the trays of food, the hot food was consistently cold and not enjoyable. I...

”The room was nice and spacious. The location was close to the outlets and downtown. HOWEVER, the first issues we encountered upon check in was no hand soap (had to be delivered) and Netflix/Youtube were not working on our tv/remote. Maintenance came right away, took a look and could not figure it out. He left to swap out remotes. When he came back, it still didn't work. ”Very clean hotel”

”The room was very clean and nice! We slept peacefully and it was quiet there away from the hustle and bustle in downtown area. We were close to everything- including the beach, downtown attractions, and restaurants. Vilano beach was 6 miles from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much!😄”

”Just a average run of the mill hotel. OK to stay overnight, but that's it. Noting really worth mentioning. Breakfast is very basic.”

”The property needs "deep" cleaning in my opinion especially the lobby and hallway areas. The hotel reception/staff (Adam) was very helpful. I asked him for a room changed when we checked-in due to BO in the room, and he found us a room that's acceptable to my standards right away. Free breakfast was ok. Location was good - safe & quite. We love the free EV charging station.”

”Pool was closed, ice machine broken, room keys didn’t work, people in front of us were checked into a room with other people inside, filthy rooms, bugs in the room (not bedbugs), etc.… Do yourself a favor and don’t try to save the 50 bucks by staying here, it’s not worth it.”

”Large, spacious room which was clean. It was more of a motel than a hotel. Decent value for the money. No Frills. Excellent location.”

”This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed in, I’m not just saying this because I’m upset with somebody there, I mean it do not I mean do not bring your family or yourself to a horrible place like that, there is no staff, the rooms are all broken under construction, theeres no light bulbs in any lamps, no WiFi seriously think about somewhere else.”

”Everything about the hotel is okay. Nothing is especially good or bad, just okay. New ownership and some things about the property have declined in importance with the new owners (i.e. breakfast quality, landscaping, general maintenance). There are now additional fees for parking (per car, pets) so your rate may be higher than you expected. I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t stay here again, because the room was clean, but I would look at other options next time.”
