”Booked here since they had rooms with jacuzzi tubs. Our jacuzzi tub did NOT work so that was very disappointing. Also our room did not look like the pictures online so that was a bit misleading. The best part of our stay was the breakfast that was delivered directly to our room. As we were leaving, we spoke with management about our disappointing experience and they were very understanding and offered to refund our stay.
