”Our trip was horrible. We were there for a wedding. We checked in nothing was said to us, and then when we went to our room, it appeared that the rug was soaked, and it smelled like a wet dog. ”When you initially walk in the lobby is clean and cute you can tell it was newly renovated. However, when we got to our first room the light switches didn’t work, the lock on the door wouldn’t lock, the arm on the computer chair was broken. I went to the front desk & explained what was going on & he came to the room check the room & turned on this small desk lamp that barely lit the room. He walked over to the door tried to lock it & the lock would not budge. He continued to close the door again...

”Place was okay for a motel the shower was not very clean and i think i found other peoples hair on my clothes, only prove me that the play was not clean properly but was clean enough.”

”Stay: wed- sat. The room was only tended to 1 time. The cleaner used the bathroom and left body hair on the commode. We walked into a room that smelled so bad. I was grossed out when I saw the hair on the seat. Also, a new unopened bag of m&ms were opened by them and they helped themselves to it. Facility was close the the facility that was hosting the conference at UMass.”

”The key only worked for 1 day, we stayed 4days so had to get it coded 3 times. Didn't have clean towels No place to hang clothes or even put them away, no ice ,no frig, no coffee, just a table and 2 chairs besides the beds”

”After a long day travelling was disappointed that the Hotel had no record of our reservation from Expedia. Then not being bale to get through to speak to someone which was taking a long time selecting the automated options without resolution. Eventually sorted when Hotel contacted Expedia which they could have offered when we arrived. ”

”Wifi didnt work all the time, which was annoying. Amenities were good. Great location.”
