He communicated quickly and was very helpful throughout the stay. The grounds were beautiful, clean, and peaceful, and the chickens were a fun and quiet surprise. ”No complaints about the hotel. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. My main complaint was the staff. We booked on Expedia and weren't told that there were additional resort fees. Not hotels fault, but both people we spoke to were very condescending about it and said "that's what happens when you book 3rd party". Really? There was just no need for the attitude. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.”

”Great communication and in house notes to make the stay seamless. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Kitchen has all you need to cook and eat in. Location is perfect. Highly recommended. ”

”No chairs on balcony. No spare trash can liners. Restaurant was not well staffed. One waitress who started she was doing three jobs causing delays in getting our food. All carts were stored on first floor entrance and none at handicap rear entrance. No freezer to keep ice packs necessary for meds. No diet sodas in vending machines.
