When you first arrive you are greeted by a gravel driveway and garage area that offers ample parking for you and your guests. Use your keyless access code to enter the home, and feel free to take the elevator or stairs up to get your vacation started. This property offers a reverse floor plan layout with the first 2 floors being bedroom levels and the Living area being on the top floor.
On the first floor, you have an island-side bedroom with a queen-sized bed, Flat Screen smart TV, and access to a private covered deck. You also have a bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk Bed (twin on top/full on bottom) and Flat Screen smartTV. These two bedrooms have access to the full shared bathroom, with shower tub combo, that is located in the hall. At the end of the hall, you will find a Master Suite complete with a King-sized bed, flat-screen Smart TV, access to a private ocean-side deck, and a full private bath with a large tiled shower. On the second floor, you have another Master Bedroom with a king-size bed, access to the ocean-side deck, and a private full bath with Large Tiled Shower. You also have a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen smart TV. At the end of the hall, you will find a bonus room with a queen sleeper couch, flat screen smart TV, and access to a private Island side deck. This room is also home to a full-size washer and dryer that is tucked away in the laundry closet. The queen bedroom and bonus room share access to the full shared bathroom, with shower tub combo, that is located in the hall.
Make your way to the top floor where you will find the main living area of the property. The open floor plan invites you to enjoy views from all sides of the property. The living room offers ample seating, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and access to the covered oceanside deck. Step out on the deck and soak in the incredible view and the ocean breeze. Soak in the oversized hot tub while listening to the waves crash on the beach. When it's time to feed your crew the luxury kitchen is well stocked with all of your basic cooking needs.
