Fantastic Covid Getaway

Topsail was absolutely stunning and the house was just as nice! Location was perfect and the house was so clean and up to date! The owners (both previous and new... as house was sold) were so easy to work with and extremely accommodating! I have already recommended this house to a few families and we personally will be back!

Amazing home and location!

We made some amazing memories in this beautiful home! Property owner was also fantastic to work with. Had all the amenities, super clean and room for everyone! Views and access to the beach was spectacular! We will definitely come again. Thanks so much!

Absolutely Amazing!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. It is by far the best beach house we have ever rented. The views were breathtaking!! The home was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you need, and the floor plan was perfect. We would love to stay at this property again and again and again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful Getaway!

We want this to be “our house“!

Great communication with Nick. Very clean. Loved the organization of the linens. Can’t beat the location! We have stayed at many different beach houses and would love to have this one be the one we come back to in the future.

Perfect!

My husband, two teens, my in-laws and I had a wonderful week! Beds were wonderful. Location can not be beat. Kitchen well stocked, even had sharp knives! Would love to stay two weeks next time!

Best Place EVER

This was our second year at this gorgeous and well appointed home. 4 adults, 3 kids, and 1 teenager and we never felt crowded. Open floor plan, beautiful decks facing the ocean with good furniture on them. All that and just steps to the beach. This home has it all...the owners obviously have put lots of thought into what was needed, and provide it all. Speaking of the owners, I can't say enough about them. Always responsive, always there when needed. Even Isaias could not ruin our time at the beach. Thanks so much Nick and Jennie.

Awesome week!

We had a wonderful time staying at Nick's house. We rented chairs and an umbrella and they appeared right out front every morning. We had everything we needed and Nick & Denise were very responsive. The smoke detector that was out of reach needed a new battery and they had someone come fix it immediately. It's very easy to get here and you are away from heavy beach traffic. We really enjoyed this location and beach.

The home was beautiful and the location was great.

This was a beautiful place to stay and we loved it being right on the beach. The house was very clean and the owner responded quickly to any questions that we had. We had 8 adults with 2 toddlers so the house was perfect for us and the babies loved playing on the beach. It was really nice to be able to walk back to the house for drinks and lunch.

Topsail Vacation

We spent a week at this beautiful property. The views of the beach were awesome. There was 4 adults and 5 small children and the living arrangements were perfect. The owner was so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Also the weather was perfect! Would definitely stay again!

Topsail Stay

Wow! WE LOVED THIS HOME!! It was exactly what our family needed; fit our family of 6 plus grandma just perfectly. We will definitely return! Some highlights: crabbing on the sound side, fishing the surf from the beach in front of the house (my son caught flounder and sting ray!), just enjoying the closeness to the beach and the gorgeous home! Love love love!

Truly magical!

What an amazing week! When looking for a property to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation, I had the picture perfect experience for our girl’s trip in my mind. This amazing property brought that all to fruition! This property is EVERYTHING!! College graduation was postponed due to COVID-19, but we were still able to celebrate the accomplishments! Nick was amazing to work with, especially during the times of uncertainty. The responsiveness and thoughtfulness about everything surrounding the trip was truly appreciated! The house is second to none! It is everything the pictures show and then some! The location is absolutely perfect. Close enough to the necessities and removed enough from crowds. We will miss our morning coffee and evening wine on the deck watching the waves and falling asleep listening to the ocean. We celebrated Mother’s Day and graduation with delicious crab boil from Topsail Steamer, got amazing fresh seafood from Surf City Seafood Market, fresh made donuts from Fractured Prune and rented a pontoon from Aquaholics Boat Rental to explore the intracoastal waterways. Highly recommend all!! We intend on making this an annual trip, as we couldn’t ask for a more perfect experience! Thank you Nick, for allowing us this time! All the best! Lisa and family

Perfect Place

When we arrived at the house we opened the door to a beautiful, clean home. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while we enjoyed family time on the beach and in the house. Our family was truly blessed to have this time together. Our son just returned from a deployment with the military. He proposed to his girlfriend while we were there. Our 2 daughter's, son in law and grandchildren were also there. The house had everything needed for the babies. This made it so nice and easy. I messaged Nick, the owner, a couple times. He always responded almost immediately. I am embarrassed to say that I ended up leaving something there that was sentimental. I didn't expect to get it back. But I messaged Nick. He immediately responded that he will mail it to me. We were so pleased with everything that we will absolutely seek to return in the future!

AMAZING HOME!

The home is absolutely beautiful! The views are stunning and the house was everything we could have expected and more. There was plenty of room inside and out for the 6 adults/1 child to all gather & enjoy our family time together. The owner was very attentive, helpful and responded immediately to all our questions throughout the booking process. We’d definitely return!

The Perfect Getaway!

Enjoyed a long ladies' weekend at this beautiful beach house. It was perfect for our small group of 4 (we each got our own room), but would also work well for a family. We enjoyed relaxing to the sounds of the waves, doing puzzles, watching movies and cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. We will definitly be back.

Beautiful House!

Beautiful Views of the Ocean

Our family loved this house! The views were beautiful, and we loved taking walks on the sand along the ocean. We had fun surf fishing as well.
