The open-concept living room, kitchen, dining area, and top-floor primary bedroom are all located on the third level with floor-to-ceiling and picture windows with incredible, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean (and a skylight with a motorized shade in the primary bedroom for stargazing). The second-floor primary bedroom also has amazing views of the ocean, while the other two second-floor bedrooms have great views of the Intercoastal Waterway. There are amazing views from every single room of the house!
