Welcome to "Josi Whales" Beach Cottage. This home is located on the South end of North Topsail on the NTB - Surf City line where there is plenty of beach, even at high tide. This home has a community beach access directly across the street.

This property was constructed in 2015 and is a 2,200 s.f. three story property with an elevator. The property has wonderful views of both the ocean and the sound and is next to the community swimming pool. The home is tastefully and well furnished with families in mind. The home is just steps away from the beaches of North Topsail Beach and Surf City. The house sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. Please note, that check-in and check-out occurs on Saturdays.

Vacationers will appreciate the high-speed mesh WiFi system. Families will be able to load your luggage and groceries into the elevator which accesses all floors. The first-floor level contains the first of two master bedrooms with ensuite, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and deck w/ocean views. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and deck w/ sound views. Also on this floor, you'll find a third bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over queen). This room has a flat screen TV mounted and a deck with sound views. This level includes a hall bathroom featuring a shower/tub, and a full-size high efficiency washer and dryer are also featured on this level.

The second floor contains a well-designed family room and kitchen with all of the amenities any family should require for a relaxing stay. There is an 85-inch SMART TV, with ability to connect to your Netflix or other account through the home’s business class Wi-Fi. We also offer YouTube TV.

On the second level, there are 2 large decks with fantastic views of the ocean and sound. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and your favorite beverage at sunset. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. The dining area comfortably seats 10. This level also has a bathroom / powder room.

The third floor includes a king bed, private bathroom with large shower, extra-large tub, double sink, flat screen TV, and private decks with views of the ocean and sound. There is a reading room on the third level that includes a day bed with trundle.

All four bedrooms have sliding glass / screen doors so that any guest can enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves.

After a long day at the beach, please relax in our private fenced backyard which is beautifully landscaped. There is a patio with Adirondack and lounge chairs in addition to a Weber grill. Additionally, you can enjoy your favorite beverage at your very own private Tiki Bar.

We have designed this home to be as user friendly and family friendly as possible. There is keyless entry to avoid the hassle of check-in or getting locked out. The elevator, which goes to all four levels, can accommodate persons with mobility issues, also especially nice for carrying your groceries and luggage.

Linen service is included as follows: all bed sheets, bath towel sets, bathmats and kitchen towels, for those who wish to travel a little lighter. The linens are professionally washed and sanitized by a third-party company on the Island. The house is equipped with some popular children's board games and puzzles. There is a Pack-N-Play and highchair available for use in the home.

Beach access is just a short walk and accessible from two beach accesses located at either end of the neighborhood (3-5 min walk). The beach on this end of island has plenty of accessibility even during high tide. We will have 8 backpack beach chairs, Shibumi (sunshade) and an umbrella located behind the Tiki bar for you to take with you to the beach. Please return them at the end of your stay to the same location. The house has an outdoor shower for ease when returning from the beach. There is plenty of parking to accommodate up to 5 full size vehicles. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized.

In summary, we welcome you to your next vacation home, Josi-Whales. The home is in a very unique small private community with community pool. Views from this home are some of the best views on the island, especially sunsets and sunrise.

Shopping and grocery amenities are close by. Some restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
