Guests will enter the house through the ground floor foyer and proceed to the living spaces via elevator or stairs. Found on the first level are two ocean-facing bedrooms with wall to wall sliding glass doors. Both bedrooms feature a king-sized bed, direct porch access, and en suite bathrooms with dual sinks, spa showers and private water closets. One of these bathrooms showcases a soaking tub for your relaxation. A built-in desk in one of these bedrooms provides a secluded place to work, if necessary or desired. In the spacious hall off the oceanfront porch and between the bedrooms, there is a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator and a sitting area for soaking in the views. Marsh-facing, a third bedroom appeals to the young at heart with a custom extra-long twin over queen bunk, a twin boat bed and twin trundle. A bathroom, offering dual vanities and a combination tub/shower is just across the hall. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are available on this floor.

Proceed upstairs to the second floor and primary living area where you will be greeted by breathtaking ocean and marsh views in this open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Immerse yourself in the spacious living areas where you’ll find tasteful accents and ample natural light. The living room has plenty of seating so you can enjoy a fun movie night or watch your favorite sporting event in comfort. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a gas range, and extras including both a Keurig and a coffeepot capable of accepting whole beans or ground. A spacious middle island offers seating for 5. The dining room table accommodates 10 and bathes the room in the glow of sunset each evening. Two garage bays for up to 4 vehicles are for guest use, including an EV charger for your electric vehicle. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay.

Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.
