THINGS TO KNOW
Villas by the Sea HOA will only allow a maximum of 4 vehicles per unit. Towing is enforced by the HOA.
From approximately April through October, the pool is open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk, as there is no lighting.
The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the property, including outdoor spaces.
