Situated on the sound and just steps from the ocean, this home offers sweeping views of the ocean, sound, and the Intercoastal Waterway. A private and dedicated beach access directly across the street makes getting to the sand effortless. After waking with the morning sunrise and spending a day on the beach, unwind on the covered front and back decks furnished with Adirondack high and low chairs, loungers and dining areas and capture the ocean sounds and breathtaking sound and sunset views.

The vaulted open and airy living, dining and kitchen area provides expansive and panoramic ocean, sound and intracoastal views, A sectional couch and seating provide ample seating space to play some provided family games, build puzzles, watch the large Roku TV or enjoy the built in electric fireplace, for warmth in the mild winters or without heat for year-round ambiance, on the custom shiplap feature wall. A large slider door provides access to the front covered deck with tall Adirondak seating for capturing the sounds and views of the beach and ocean waves. The back door off the kitchen opens to a large partly covered deck in the rear of the house overlooking the stunning marsh, sound and intercoastal. Guests can enjoy dining at the picnic table or the tall Adirondak chairs or lounging on the loungers for sunbathing, napping while capturing the peaceful coastal environment and the unforgettable sunsets.

This home is created for extreme comfort, glorious and peaceful settings and family gatherings. The kitchen and dining area has plenty of seating for a large group, a center island with additional seating, and a large pantry. A powder room and the Primary king ensuite are on this (top) third level. This King bedroom ensuite has front and side windows showcasing sweeping views of the ocean and sound, a wall mounted Roku TV and a slider giving direct access to the covered front porch to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail and relax on the tall Adirondak chairs and capture the grand ocean views. The ensuite has a large ceramic tiled glass shower and double bowl marble vanity. The (middle) second floor King ensuite bedroom also provides guests sweeping views of the ocean and sound, a wall mounted Roku TV and a sliding door for direct access to the front deck. This King bedroom connects to a tub and shower combination and double bowl marble vanity. The Queen bedroom has beautiful sunrise views, a Roku TV and a sliding door also giving direct access to the covered front deck and ocean views. This bedroom has direct access to the bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combination and double bowl marble vanity. The bunk room has 3 double beds (1 full bunk and trundle) comfortable for adults and children alike, has a Roku TV and, access to the bathroom off the Queen bedroom and a sliding door accessing the front deck. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is essential for any beach vacation. A back patio door to the outside Adirondak seating and lounging is available to enjoy those peaceful afternoon naps or gazing over the coastal environment.

Underneath parking for two and wet weather entry make escaping any inclement weather a breeze and access to the elevator provides ease of getting luggage, groceries, family and guests to the upper levels. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and changing area is a plus to wash off after a day at the beach. There is plenty of guest parking available on the driveway.
