Welcome to your beach vacation destination! On the first floor of the home, you'll find both bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a wood accent wall, a Smart TV, and it connects directly to the full bathroom with tub/shower combo. You'll love waking up to the views from the large sliding glass door leading to one of the 4 decks at the property. The second bedroom at the front of the house is perfectly suited to accommodate multiple guests. There is a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses, a trundle that pulls out underneath, and a SmartTV.
Upstairs, you'll find an open concept living space with soaring ceilings and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal during your stay. It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a skylight, and a dining table. Just out the sliding door you'll find a porch that overlooks the intracoastal where you can enjoy a meal outdoors. The living room features modern beachy decor, a large SmartTV, and a large sliding glass door that leads to a balcony with beautiful ocean views.
The best features of this home are all of the outdoor spaces. With 4 decks (2 on each level) you'll be able to enjoy the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves at any time of day. Just steps from the backdoor is the private beach access for our community. In addition to the community outdoor shower located at the start of the boardwalk, there is a private outdoor shower underneath the house with both hot and cold water. You'll also find a relaxing hammock located under the house, the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach!
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, 4 private decks, a private outdoor shower, and 2 parking spaces. There are a couple of locked owner's closets for storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything at the house.
This property is self check in with a keypad. Guests can reach the host through messaging.
Parking is available out front for 2 cars, and a very small car could fit under the townhome as well.
