Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

The private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $600 in April, May, mid September, and October. The heated pool option is unavailable from June - mid September and November - March. Please note, that the pool heater will only heat 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature (forecasted low). The pool heat availability cannot be guaranteed. Please call our office to confirm and to add the fee to your reservation.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided and beds will be made upon arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
