Hyvää: Siisteys, sisäänkirjautuminen, viestintä, sijainti ja listauksen paikkansapitävyys
Great house and location. Check in was easy and the property management company answered all our questions accurately and quickly. We were coming in from Colorado, so we likely asked way to many questions to make sure we had a good understanding of the property and area. We cooked our meals and they had everything needed and great kitchen space. Large couches for lounging that were conformable. Love that they had some games in the house. It was Labor Day (end of the high demand season) so there were a few small things that could be addressed but we did not mention them because we have stayed many other places with much earlier in the season that were 100 times worse. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The only reason we did not book the same week next year is we want to bring our dogs next year.

Great location and lots of space. The pictures online made this property look a lot more updated than it actually is. We arrived to multiple things broken - a couple lamps, screen door, plastic chairs on upper deck. We also arrived to old coffee grounds in the coffee maker, dishes in the dishwasher and hair in the upstairs bathroom tub. It definitely was not as clean as I was expected. I requested for part of the cleaning fee to be returned to me but I still have not heard back from the renter more than a week later. I'd love to come back but not sure I would use Coastal Premiere again... when I reported the items damaged they brought two new chairs for the upper deck and they were filthy. It would have needed a power washer to clean them off. I'm usually an optimistic person but for the amount I paid for this property I was a little disappointed.
