”Very clean and comfortble room. I had the best beef dip sandwich that I have EVER had downstairs at the bar. Nice and convenient. Worth the extra money to be located INSIDE the airport. Great for a 6 am flight!”

”The only thing we liked about this hotel was the pool for the kids and the shuttle to MOA. I can see why they are renovating this hotel- it needs a lot of work. Its old and needs an upgrade. The pictures online made it seem like this was a really nice place but very misleading. The lobby is very small along with our room. The carpet in our room was just gross. Didn't want to sit on the sofa bed. The "free" breakfast was disgusting and very limited choices. Should have stayed at the Embassy...

”Excellent hotel! Recently stayed 5 nights and really rate the hotel. It’s very conveniently located, super close to the mall of America and 10 mins drive from all the big box stores, 20mins from Minneapolis. The free breakfast is excellent, well stocked up and lots to chose from. Everything is very clean and the staff were super friendly. Rooms have everything you need, the kitchenette is a game changer making it very convenient to store cool drinks/ doggie bags and reheat leftovers. Plenty of...

”Beds were too hard, rooms were clean but needed repair, cost was way more than it was worth.”

”Everything was great except that front desk staff were not up front about how things would be. There was no orientation for a new stay, no explanations. The showers have no doors nor curtains so water will tend to go everywhere. Don't close the door because there are no special fans or vents so the condensation will be even worse. They also charge $8 per day for parking and that was not explained. Make sure they know who is paying if you have multiple ppl in your reservations. They aren't good...

”It's located in the Mall of America, so there's plenty of said nearby, but I'd be watchful of staying here, unless you have a bank of money and don't care if you're double charged for your hotel stay.”

”While the room in general was fine, the air conditioner was very loud & whined; the coffee dispenser downstairs didn't work one of the days; no coffee cups were out one if the days; the water to the building was off one of the days from noon until almost 5 pm (the schedule we got upon check-in stated from noon to 3 pm); and only 1 ice machine worked for the entire hotel. While this may have been a fluke, it did not enhance our stay in any way.”
