”Ski vacation. Clean and very accommodating for ski equipment. Older building that has been well cared for with rooms that are simply decorated and updated. Fridge, micro and counter eating area perfect for making simple breakfast and eating leftovers. Easy walking access to restaurants even in sloppy winter conditions. ”

”Considering this was a lodge atmosphere with shared amenities, the space was clean, in good operating condition, and provided a friendly atmosphere. The staff worked extremely hard to accommodate the patrons!”

”Great location, hot tub and lobby area. Only thing that would make it better is complimentary breakfast and not charging for parking. ”

”I dont know about pets but it was very welcoming to people. It would be nice if they had snacks in the evening. Also it was remote and there was no dependable transportation. They should make guests aware of that fact and recommend that they rent a car.”

”First ski weekend getaway, the North star is an absolute gem. It’s like popping back in time where you can appreciate a warm fire, some solo acoustic music and a lively bar. The heated pool does wonders after a hard day skiing.”

”The inn was lovely, the room was clean and the bed was fine, but the room temperature was not adjustable. It was winter and it was so hot that I had to run the AC to keep it cool enough to sleep in.”

”The only good thing was that the bed was clean, but it had 2 tiny pillows and when I asked for a couple more the desk person sighs and say, I only got 2. Junkies in the parking lot. About 6 broken down cars and 10 old broken bicycles parked on the front side of the building that look like had been there all winter. It used to house the druggies and homeless. I felt unsafe parking there. The restaurant was closed, pool closed, zero amenities, the hallways smell of smoke and mold with torn...

”Very pleasant and comfortable stay, about 20 mins drive to Killington nearby. Room was clean and quiet, and bed was very comfortable. Nice coffee/hot chocolate bar in the lobby but unfortunately not offering breakfast anymore.”
