POWDERIDGE #24 - 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHS FLAT - BEDDING: MASTER, QUEEN BED, BEDROOM #2, QUEEN BED AND TWIN; PLUS A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. (sleep 7). This unit offers comfortable living space for guests. Includes wood burning fireplace(wood provided) and large deck with views of the mountains and wildlife. Equipped with 3 TVs, including a 55 ' Smart TV in the living room with several sports channels and free Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen with new tile flooring, granite countertops, and espresso machine.

SLOPE SIDE PET FRIENDLY NO AIR CONDITION

AMENITIES: Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Fireplace, Deck, Free WIFI, Free Unlimited Long Distance, Free Resort Shuttle Service

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

We were moved last minute (1 day before our stay) to a different place with Casago and had to pay a Up Charge (over 700 more) to get into a place that would suit our needs. The place we were transferred to and paid Extra for had a Very Dirty Hot Tub. Out of the 3 people who got in 1x time: 2 ended up with rashes having to get medical help to get rid of them and one having to get medical help for an ear infection. The place we were moved to was nice and met our needs other than getting us sick and needing medical help.We paid a lot of extra money we weren't expecting the day we left for a fun vacation. And we were really excited about having a hot tub to enjoy for all the extra money and stress of figuring out which other place would work for us and to not be able to enjoy it for as long as we stayed was awful, just seeing it sit out there.It also snowed while we were there, making a beautiful senary But there was No Ice Scraper to clean your car off with. The beds were comfortable, the showers were nice, and they did have mini shower supplies.

Great location!

Got in some last minute spring skiing and this property delivered. Great price for a pet friendly 2 bedroom and only steps from a lift (that was still open on a low 60s Friday). Would definitely recommend the property and I'm sure it's even better mid-season.

Amazing skiing experience

The ski in ski out location of the property is priceless. You get as much mountain time as you can. Cabin is amazingly well equipped and cozy and the fact that it is pet friendly is a HUGE PLUS. Loved staying here !

Wonderful snowboarding experience!

Wonderful location

Comfortable ski-in/out unit - we appreciate being able to bring our dog. Property management was very responsive when we had a minor issue. Check-in was seamless. Only complaint is that the microwave is very old and finicky. Everything else worked well.

The powderidge

We had a great stay on the mountain. The condo was easily accessible to everything snowshoe had to offer. We loved how it was pet friendly, and there was a wood burning fireplace. The cleanliness of the condo was something that needed work. The condo seemed clean at the surface. When we pulled out the couch to sleep, we found a ton of old hair, crumbs, etc. I also found an old, bloody bandaid on the floor in one of the bathrooms. We were fortunate no one was germaphobic because that wouldnt have gone over well. Otherwise, the stay was great. I would definitely go back!

True ski in/ski out

Condo as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice hot showers. Wood burning fireplace. Quiet, did not hear much noise at all despite being a lower level unit and holiday weekend. Check in and out was easy. Good email communication from property management company. Best part was the adjacent ski lift, just had to walk a short distance through the parking lot.
