”I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the moment I walked in, I was hit with a strong cigarette smell. It honestly smelled like walking into a casino in Reno. I immediately notified the front desk, but all they said was that it was on the non-smoking side of the hotel. They made no effort to address the issue or offer another room. The bathroom also wasn’t very clean, which only made the experience worse. I even sprayed Lysol throughout the room, but the cigarette odor was so...

”Overall a typical cheaper hotel experience. Biggest complaint was stained bed cover, which grossed me out. Friend found hairs on her bed spread . The rest seemed pretty clean. Sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly. I’ve left a dirty hotel before and decided to stay despite the stains. I was very tired. I had my own blanket. I refused to use the one on the bed. ”The front desk canceled my reservation because I checked in late, although the room was already paid in full thru Expedia. The hotel required me to had to pay them directly to keep the room and ask Expedia for a refund. I contacted Expedia but was told it would need to be escalated to another department and I would hear back soon.”

”Very good for a value hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The room was fine. Very clean. The AC was cold. I felt safe and slept just fine. Nothing to write home about, but exceeded expectations for the price.”

”Do not recommend. Three strikes and we left for a different option. Strike one: room somewhat dirty and smelled funny Strike two: Remote didn’t work with TV Strike three: An hour after we arrived and were settling in we discovered that the water had just been turned off due to a plumbing problem and “hopefully” would be back on by the next day. Nope, we’re out, packed up and went elsewhere. The only good thing I have to say is that Carrie the counter person was understanding and apologetic.”
