”Everything was clean and staff were great. Pool area was nice, gyms on the smaller side but enough to keep you active if you need it. Rooms were spacious.”

”The check in staff seemed angry that I booked on Expedia and used every AND I MEAN EVERY SINGLE OPPORTUNITY to insult me and deny me any concessions. They told me that I could not get credit for my stay on the honors program and I know thats not true, they told me I could not hold my room (until i insisted on speaking to a manager) and they told me that I could not have the honors perks like the goodie bag even though he looked my membership up! If you like Mexican food then you will enjoy this breakfast, we did.😊 The cooks/servers were friendly and welcoming. Our bed and pillows were so comfortable. ”The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in (except my own). The property is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are spacious, especially the bathrooms. They recommended a wonderful restaurant just steps from the back door. There are elevators which were not mentioned in the expedia description. We will definitely stay again when we are passing through.”

”I checked into my room when I got there. Walked into it, and there was mold in my first room on the wall. So they moved me to a different room. The second room had red stains all over the bed. So I ended up just leaving not even staying the night. Do not stay here.”

”I booked a non smoking room, the first room I was assigned smelled of straight up smoked, terrible!! I requested another room was but in a handicap room one floor down, bed cover was discolored with strains ,I am now completely grossed out, Fridge, coffee maker and Microwave in the bathroom, didn't understand that . good thing I hand my own towel, sheets and wash cloth , i totally had to disinfect the room before I touched anything , I was so uncomfortable that i checked out two nights early.”
