Charming ground floor cottage with garden and porch, inside a residence with swimming pool in Soiano del Lago; ideal to accommodate families and groups up to 6 people!



The cottage opens onto the bright living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table, stove and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and kettle. French doors lead to the private porch with barbecue and outdoor furniture, from which there is a beautiful view of the lake and the residence's garden.

The house continues with the rest of the ground floor completed by a bedroom with a queen-size bed, large closet, fan, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.

Spiral stairs lead to the attic floor where there is a queen-size bed, two bedside tables, and a fan.

Finally, the basement level, consisting of a tavern equipped with a sofa, Smart TV, dining table, bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom with shower, and a laundry area.



*The residence pool is seasonal and is open from June 01 to September 30; it can be used from 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00.

Soiano del Lago, a charming town near Lake Garda on the Brescia side of the lake, takes its name from “Porta del sole,” a translation of “Solis ianua,” which is enough to define the characteristics of this small Valtenesi village, rich in vineyards and olive groves surrounded by green hills. In Soiano del Lago, the castle dating back to the 10th century is definitely worth a visit, the site of events and manifestations during the summer period. Worth visiting nearby are the tourist resort of Moniga del Garda with its splendid beaches and the castle of Padenghe. For guests who prefer a relaxing trip, it is possible to reach Salò and take a boat to visit the lake by boat. The hinterland of Soiano del Lago offers places of peace and quiet surrounded by olive trees typical of the Valtenesi area on Lake Garda, where tourists can participate in tastings and stop at local restaurants to taste the typical “spiedo bresciano.”



The house is about a 45-minute drive from Verona airport and 15 minutes from Desenzano del Garda train station.
