”One of the women at the front desk was delightful and very helpful. One was not. Pool was smaller than I expected would have been nice to have some music out there . would also be nice to have a larger changing room or bathroom was possilbe a shower for early or late checkout . WIne @ 5pm and cookies @ 6pm a nice touch. Rooms were really nice, location was great, love the proximity to beach and restaraunts. Overally would recommend and return!”

”Stay here for sure! It was nice that they had breakfast, but unfortunately, the croissants were not French quality. Everything else was tremendous, including the closeness to the beach, the beautifully decorated rooms and the staff were very attentive. You will be in the heart of Laguna Beach -driving distance to all the coastal wonders and shops.”

”Room size is a bit on the smaller side, felt a little cramped. Rooms do not come with a microwave (suites do, it's an upgrade). If you need to heat food you have to do so in the lobby (community microwave). They do not offer free breakfast, and they nickel and dime for everything. Parking is not free. Staff, well, let's just say there is one staff member that goes above and beyond and is super friendly (forgot her name). When booking for this location, I used a third party site to do so...

”The area was great… so we checked in, we got the room with a king bed and a sofa bed. To start bed pillow had a bunch of white short hair I’m assuming it was Cat’s hair nasty and all along the carpet obviously they didn’t vacuum. Luckily we weren’t allergic. The other big issue and very important the sofa mattress I had to switch with my son since the mattress was completely uncomfortable and they were brand new according to the hotel staff. ”The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated.”
