”Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Bath. Access was an issue with a stroller, as there are 4 or 5 steps to enter the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful though and the rooms were clean and updated. There is no parking on site and unloading the car was a bit of an issue.”

”Wow what a fabulous find this hotel was. From the moment we walked through the door we were met by a friendly receptionist who showed us around. We had a garden patio room and it was gorgeous. Our evening meal was divine, I had Stonebass and my husband had Tomahawk Pork. Breakfast was outstanding, the best my husband says he has ever had! We will be returning.”

”Loved cleaning service. Stayed 3 nights but didn't want room cleaned each day but they left fresh bottles of water, extra biscuits, teas & coffees, plus a fresh loo roll withoutvus asking. Wonderful.
Dining service staff also wonderful, especially very friendly & helpful Julie.”
