Tule nauttimaan äskettäin uusitusta rantakodista, josta on merinäköala. Hotelli sijaitsee Solanan rannan bluffilla. Tässä tyylikkäässä kodissa on kaikki tarvitsemasi täydelliseen lomaan ja se sijaitsee aidatulla alueella, joka tarjoaa yksityisen pääsyn rannalle vain muutaman askeleen päässä etuovesta! Se on myös kävelymatkan päässä kaupoista, ravintoloista, Del Mar -messukeskuksista ja julkisista kulkuneuvoista, mukaan lukien juna, joka kulkee San Diegon rannikolla ylös ja alas ja aina LA: han.
Nauti laadukkaasta ajasta ystävien ja perheen kanssa avoimessa konseptisuunnitelmassamme. Tilavassa kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kävelykaappi ja erillinen kylpyhuone. Pysäköinti tehdään erittäin käteväksi omalla autotallissa ja lisäparkkipaikalla suoraan kodin edessä. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat käytettävissäsi myös autotallissa.
Oleskelutila uima-altaan vieressä päivällä tai kävele muutaman askeleen pääsylle yksityiselle rannalle. Tässä kaupunkiasunnossa on todella kaikki!

Great stay. Host was super friendly and always available for anything we needed. Everything was as described. Location is stunning and only a short distance to lots of things. We caught the train into San Diego one day to watch a Padres game and drove to the San Diego zoo another. Loads in and around Solano Beach. Great stay. Thank you

Great property! Excellent location, very quiet, nice complex, and well-equipped kitchen. Note that property does not have cable TV, but the TVs are Smart TVs so you can cast from your phone if you want to watch live sports or news. Alyssa, the property manager, was very responsive when we had questions.

Nice place on the beach

The beach was a short walk away down many steps. The rooms were nice and worked well for our group. Only complaint is the rug in the family room was always getting caught and kids and adults kept tripping over it. Coffee and sandwich shop were close by that you could walk to. Good location. Washer and dryer were in the garage.

What a wonderful vacation using this property. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, even a platter for our fruit. The welcome book was a lovely addition with lots of ideas for spending your time around the area.

Pleasant Stay in Solana Beach

This 3-bedroom condo was perfect for our family of four for the week. The house was well stocked and clean, and I was pleased with the quality of the towels/toilet paper/etc. that other rentals usually cheap out on. Directions on how to enter the community and house were clear. The beach club was quiet all week. Pool and hot tub were steps away from the condo, and the walk to the beach was way shorter than I was expecting. Thanks for a great stay!

Best Beach Location

We came to Solana Beach with extended family, which included a 6 and 3 year old. The condo is situated in beautiful Solana Beach with easy beach access, pools, and more. The location is ideal. The beach is quiet, at least in the winter, and San Diego is not far away. The condo itself is very comfortable, and was perfect for our group of four adults and two young children. The small backyard has a great space for outdoor eating. The condo was very clean as well and the kitchen well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Alyssa, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

BE AWARE! Property not as described

The location of this property is the only accurate description in the listing. Described as pet free and recently remodeled but this is not true. Flooring warped, counters cracked, front door damaged. But most frustrating and problematic was the extensive pet hair throughout including bed and kitchen linens, furniture, and flooring. This cannot be a one-time occurance. The pet hair appeared to be emmbedded throughout the unit evident by a clogged vacuum. This property is not the ocean retreat a guest would expect.

Great stay

Our family of 5 had a great stay…lots of things within walking distance, easy access to the beach, driveway parking. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and access to the grill. House was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Owner was also quick to answer texts…would definitely stay again 😊

Location Location Location

The family all agreed that this condo was in the best location we’ve been in yet, and we’ve been coming to California on vacation for a lot of years. Solana Beach is a great area. The beach was clean and private. Everyone, even adults, loved looking for seashells. It was great having a pool for the kids. There were several places to eat within walking distance. We recommend SB Kitchen for the food and Brigantine for the ambience.

New to San Diego

We loved the property and the area. It is so beautiful and there is so much to see. The property had plenty of room, was clean, and the views are amazing. The San Diego Zoo and Adventure Park, Sea World, Disneyland, and the Warner Bros Studio Tour were wonderful. The property manager was so helpful and always accessible.

Great Location -- beautiful condo

We walked to several restaurants and shops in Solana. It was also less than a 5 minute drive to downtown DelMar. Fun beaches. The sunset room on the property was great...we used it several times to enjoy a cocktail and watch the surfers/sunset.

Wonderful Weeklong Family Stay

This property was just as listed. It had all the amenities needed for our family of four, and the Del Mar Beach Club property is by far the best condo complex I've stayed at using VRBO. The property has 3x pools, 2x by the ocean, a jacuzzi, and its private beach access. Really there would be no better value staying at any of the neighboring hotels. The condo had three bedrooms, so my husband and I had a private room, as did our kids we had grandma come over for a couple of days, and she loved her ocean view room. Legoland and SeaWorld were only 20 mins away, so easy, fun day getaway with the kids. The other days were spent by the pools and at the beach. The condo has every beach amenity you need (chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards). The only inconvenience during the week was some construction going on that knocked out the internet for two days, which was a bit challenging with the kids, but it was out the last two days, so we tried to make the most of it. This was our first time at Solana Beach, and this little sleepy town was amazing. Would recommend Pizza Port and Viewpoint breweries, and Sushi Station, all under a 5 min drive to the condo. Overall would recommend this place to any family looking to get away.
