Stunning Ocean Views, brand new, modern, tranquil and ultra luxurious penthouse unit with direct beach access. Unit is listed on other sites like Air#bnb and has more than 32 5 star reviews. This unit is conveniently located close to Del Mar Race Track, Torey Pines Golf Course and Del Mar Polo Fields. Solana Beach is home to the Cedros Design District, Fletcher's Cove & incredible dining, and nightlife. The world-famous Fit Gym is right down the street.

The space
Condo situated on North Dog Beach with direct access to stairs leading down to beach. Top floor penthouse is on the 4th floor with Ocean and Sunset Views towards La Jolla. Luxury finishes including Thermidor appliances, Restoration Hardware Furniture, luxury bathroom amenities. Early Check in and Late Checkout available if blocked off including 6 night minimum - please contact host for details.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath ocean view getaway has been completely remodeled to perfection. The kitchen is a cook's dream with no detail spared. Seating for everyone at the ocean view 8 person island. A wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV above the fireplace, and Fiber HighSpeed WiFi for those hoping to remain connected to the world. The great room boasts incredible ocean views. Swim, or use the hot tub on-site as well. Take the onsite stairs down to the beach, vacation has never been more convenient!

Perfect Family Spot

We stayed here in August with our three small children and could not be happier with the experience. The property manager made booking, arrival, and exiting the property really easy. The condo itself was beautiful with its modern aesthetic, but most importantly, it was clean! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies which made cooking a breeze. Additionally, the unit included beach chairs, umbrella, a few sand toys, and boogie boards. The close proximity to the pool and beach access made it easy for our little kids to get around. Be prepared for a lot of stairs down to the beach but know that is something you deal with regardless of where you stay in Solana Beach. The hike up and down is well worth it as you have much smaller crowds than other beaches. Not only is this a great location for walking to local shops, restaurants, and cafés, its close proximity to the interstate and train station also make it easy to get out and see all of San Diego.

Very short walk to the beach

The glaring best part of this lovely and very modern condo is the direct access to the beach. It's very easy to go to the beach several times during the day, as we did every day. And the beach is lovely and wide and uncrowded. The check-in procedures were very clear and had great communication with Renee. She was very thoughtful of our needs, and very promptly helped us deal with a minor plumbing issue. The condo was spotless on our arrival, and all important amenities were there: beach towels, boogie boards (3), beach chairs (3). Larger groups might need to bring some extra beach chairs. While the condo does not directly overlook the beach, it is a penthouse unit, so you can gaze across the ocean, or watch for sea mammals with binoculars from the outdoor deck. We loved the glass panels that opened up the whole wall to the patio. The condo complex is very well taken care of, quiet, and it is excellent to have two underground parking spaces, with an elevator to the front door of the condo.There were thoughtful extras like some pantry basics, spices and condiments in the fridge. There were even extra soap, shampoo and shaving cream if it was needed. Solana Beach is a lovely quiet beach town with all kinds of restaurants and stores within walking distance. All in all, a great spot. I think we'll be back with the whole family for another week on the beach next summer.

Beautiful property, lovely view, great location

Owner Renee made frequent and clear communications before, during and after our stay. Finding the unit and gaining access was simple and easy. Location is wonderful, just a few short steps to the beach. Beach access is very quick and simple down a 125 step staircase. Easy walk to many good restaurants and shops, also a short walk to the horse races. View of the sea from the unit to the south along the coast is beautiful. View of the daily sunset from the balcony was also quite nice. Unit is modern and updated, high end kitchen made cooking very easy. Air conditioning came in handy during infrequent periods of high humidity. Windows and balcony doors may be opened easily to catch the pleasant sea breeze. Garage was secure and easy to use. Highly recommend! We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you to the owners.

Perfect location. Right on an almost private beach. The apartment is modern, comfortable and spotless. Bathrooms are modern and showers are delightful. Beds are comfortable and afford a wonderful night’s sleep. Rene DeBruin is always responsive and cares about her renters comfort. The views are spectacular and Solana Beach is a short walk or drive away, we will return.

Delightful Del Mar Digs

This condo was recently completely remodeled with high end appliances, furnishings and incredible master suite. Our family are particular when traveling and we were fortunate to find this beauty that was close to everything! Top floor views made everything feel so peaceful and serene. Renee was so fast with communication and her responses made us so special! We will definitely return and enjoy more fun and laughter.

My family and I loved vacationing in this beautiful penthouse. It has a 270-degree view of the ocean and just a quick walk to the beach. Amazing Vacation Spot

Amazing vacation spot with beautiful views. The top floor unit did not disappoint and has been completely updated and has top of the line amenities. Just bring your toothbrush, everything else is included and VERY clean! The walk down to the beach is a great spot for photos. Covered parking is very convenient and close to the elevator. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property was absolutely gorgeous, the view was incredible, and it was close to so many great little beach towns and restaurants. We walked to two different beaches and overall absolutely loved our stay. Renee, the host, was exceptional in her communication and directions! We would love to stay here again in the near future!

AMAZING stay in penthouse condo overlooking ocean

Renee's condo is simply gorgeous and has magnificent panoramic views of the ocean. The condo itself has top of the line appliances, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and all this is literally steps to the beach. We can't wait to visit again, a truly wonderful vacation. Renee is also extremely good with communication, any questions we had got answered within minutes via text. 5 stars all around

Amazing stay at the Beach

We had an amazing stay at Renee’s luxury Penthouse. The views are phenomenal and the beach is so close. There is a view out of almost every room and the complex has a nice heated pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and super nice soft luxury sheets. Also Del Mar and Solana Beach never disappoints - so many places to walk to. In Summary - This property has it all: Great location - close to several cafes and shops Ocean view - panoramic view of the ocean Beach access - stairs down to a pristine beach Balcony - sunny and warm to enjoy a relaxing view of the ocean Inside the home - high end appliances, fireplaces, comfy bed and amazing master bath! Parking garage with 2 spaces Heated pool and hot tub And … a wonderful host, Renee. Our family loved our time in this beautiful home!
