”Customer service was exceptional as soon as we arrived, nothing was too much bother. The premises are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the portions are hearty indeed! There is a family friendly / homely bar area with a pool table. The pool and the drinks were very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to return to The Hopton if I ever return to Blackpool. Thank you for a pleasent stay.”

”room was fab and could see the Tower especially at night. Happy to look at the football stadium - however very noisy as people working on maintaining it - sat and sunday. Bar staff and breakfast staff wonderful, nothing too much trouble. One of the Receptionists not very helpful especially as had a bit of trouble with the parking. Beware - I was very upset at how nonchalent she was with regard to the issue and no help at all.”

”My room was next to the cleaners storage room. I arrived on a late flight at 2am. Due to this, I paid for later check out £20 for two hours), so I could rest after my late arrival. I was woken by noise in the corridor at 4.30am, with loud talking and banging. This continued for 30 minutes, then I left my room to see what was happening. In the corridor I became aware that it was staff talking on loading up their trollies for room cleaning. One lady stared at me with a bemused expression. I asked...
