Newly constructed home with two separate and private units (no shared space). This listing is solely for the lower unit VRBO 2614351, which has 1 bedroom and 1 full bath and is fully furnished. A fully outfitted kitchen, dining area (for up to 4) and sitting area (two plush rockers, with ottomans) will make you feel at home. A laundry facility (washer and dryer) is also available for your convenience. A beautiful outdoor deck with 2 comfortable Adirondack chairs overlooks the wooded property. Just minutes from downtown Kenai, Soldotna and Kasiloff. New water filtration system installed in 2023 and high speed internet 150Mbps. (The Upper Unit, which has 2 bedrooms is at VRBO 2397242)

Was an enjoyable and well equipped place to stay, with a good bed and fairly quite. The next doors dog dose come to visit and has left "surprises" right next to the path.

Great place to stay

I like this house, and the host was great. The TV roku had issues, and the neighbor's black dog was a little too aggressive at first, but the host indicated she would talk to the neighbor about the dog and resolve the issues with the ROKU

Such an enjoyable and convenient place to stay. The lower level unit was nicely decorated, clean, and has all the necessary supplies to make your stay comfortable.

The unit was clean and very comfortable. Worked out great for us as we were in and out going to hockey tournament games in Soldotna and Kenai. Loved the friendly neighbor dog. :)

Beautiful spot

This is a lovely, cozy space, perfect for 1 or 2. It is just as the pictures show and has a beautiful view from the dining table. I had prompt responses from the manager, and clear communication. The bed is extremely comfortable! I would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent Place to Stay!

My wife and I stayed at this property for eight nights during a vacation to the Kenai Peninsula. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. The setting is very peaceful in a quiet wooded area. The apartment was clean, new (built in 2021) and well appointed with amenities to make our stay comfortable. The owners and property manger were timely and courteous with communication. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner as we were loading our bags into the car on our last day and we enjoyed a most pleasant conversation with him. We would happily stay at this property again. We have no reservation recommending it to others.

For the Win!

This was the best stocked VRBO I have stayed in. I have allergies that make it difficult to eat out and I appreciated the well stocked spice cabinet and kitchen supplies. This residence is very clean and comfortable. We traveled to Soldotna for my son’s HS state tournament. My son’s team came in first place. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Extremely cozy stay!

My wife and I booked this place for our trip to Alaska and it did not disappoint! We loved that it was out near the woods and only a few minutes from town. Super cozy place, perfect for a couple! It had everything we needed! We had a little mixed up in the beginning ( my fault, not the host ) and the host was super accommodating and respectful. Would definitely booked with them again.

Best kept secret in Saldotna

The property is in a beautiful location . It was easy to find and not in the middle of town . The unit is perfect for a couple . It had all the kitchen supplies for anyone who wants to cook. I received email with the location and my code a couple days before arrival so check in was easy . We had one small issue arrise (Mother Nature ) and the hostesses sent us message before we knew about it . I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if I get to make a 10 trip of a lifetime !! Thank you !
