”My recent stay was disappointing due to several key problems that management should address.
The Wi-Fi was very weak and unreliable, and the facilities are old and need upgrading. Furthermore, the mosquito problem in and around the room was severe, leading to multiple bites.

”Title: Appalling Experience – Unsafe, Unhygienic & Completely Misleading
My stay at Kaktus Somabay was a disaster from the moment I checked in on November 27, 2025. The first room was covered in thick dust, to the extent that my new iPad cover became damaged within minutes. When I reported it, management responded with denial and disrespect, insisting it “did not happen here.” Their attitude alone was unacceptable.
After being moved three times, every room had the same unhygienic dust problem....

”Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property- the hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. Both check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. Finally, there were several little touches that went above and beyond including a lovely welcome fruit basket and information about the surrounding area. ”
