”We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. ”The hotel and room were clean, room was spacious. Breakfast should start at 7 AM, first mornings of my staying everything wasn't ready until 7:20. Later mornings breakfast was almost ready at 7. Extremely annoying western pop music startet every morning around 7 and same record/ song was still playing (too loud) when I came back to hotel at the evening. Same song/ record playing all 10 days what my staying lasted. Not very nice surroundings, but it is India. Wi-fi was miserable. Good enough...
