The location of the property was also great as it felt quite secluded but was actually only a 10 minute walk into Bourton centre (a decent torch is recommended though if you’re walking back at night as the lane is not lit). The property owner was lovely to deal with and left us a welcome pack which was very thoughtful.”

”A lovely cottage in the neighbourhood of the Cotswolds. We liked to eat in the garden, to explore the surroundings of the Cotswolds and the Thames and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine and a dryer. ”

”Lovely home , lovely decor , missing Hattie the Hare great location close to Burton on the Water and Stow on Wold , 20 mins Burford and the amazing garden centre . The food at the Wheatchief Pub fabulous so good we went back 3 times , has all amenities near by highly recommend ”

”The cottage has been renovated nicely, and was well stocked, we arrived to fresh eggs, pastries, milk in the fridge, a bottle of Merlot, and firewood for the fireplace. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The bed was comfy and the location was great. The picturesque small village is not crowded with tourists, only a few, which is to be expected. ”
