”This was a very clean and comfortable basement apartment, I enjoyed our stay. There was a very minor complication, an extra lock was left locked but our host came to our assistance immediately upon learning of our trouble. I really appreciated having coffee and filters provided, in so many locations that's not the case. And I was glad to meet Bear, the friendly dog. We had four people, sleeping two together and we had plenty of space for us all. Glad we stayed, would return”

”This little property is situated behind the main street houses and hard to find. Parking is shared with other homes and crowded and unmarked, blocking people in. It is on the second floor over a garage. The first code did not work to the door. The television did not work. Curtains on bedroom wall were on the floor when we arrived. The bathroom door does not shut due to warped flooring. Coffee was still in the pot from another user. There were no extras so if you are staying there bring your own...

”I stayed at LCR for a week during a job assignment. The space looks exactly as advertised and was peaceful at night. They’re making some additions to the property right now so it’s pretty noisy during the day. It’s understandable but should be listed on the rental information. ”Sadly, this property didn't live up to how it was presented online. When we got there, we were surprised to find that the property wasn't a house but rather a converted former college faculty housing unit (this is problematic because we travel with our dogs). The housing unit sits on the former Sue Bennett College campus and some of the buildings are vacant and run down. ”The home was exactly as pictured online. It was immaculately clean and owner was very responsive, even reaching out to us to simply make sure we were comfortable. There are areas to be together as a large group in the house and the layout also provides plenty of privacy with 8 separate bedrooms. We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay here again next year.”
