We alerted owner that towels were limited (towels included and we didn’t want to be accused of stealing them). After several days, owner provided towels. My kids call this Spider House, as bugs were everywhere (despite roach bait on counters). We stayed here for a ball tournament. Fortunately we didn’t...

”The best thing that can be said about this property is that the property manager was adequately responsive to my texts, unfortunately, she was unable to correct the defects at this property. To begin, the code that they gave me for the lock was wrong. It took 20 minutes of my family waiting outside, for them to give me a code that would work. When we did get in the house we found it extremely dirty and in disrepair. There were dead and live insects in both bathrooms and in the downstairs bedrooms....

”This is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. It feels remote. There is no light pollution, nor is there any noise of traffic at night. The only noises were those of the birds and the creek, which were lovely. I felt that I was deep in the woods, yet the place is not very far from a grocery store and downtown. The ambiance of the cottage is soothing. My stay made for a wonderful retreat. I hope to return. ”
