”The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”

”Fabulous.”

”We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Park Hotel. It was a great location to Capital Hill and the mall as well as Union Station”

”I'm not a big fan of self-service check-in and -out but everything worked well and we slept like babies. No noises at all. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was tidy. ”

”Lentolakko, yritettiin perua kahdelta yöltä majoitus, kun emme päässeet kohteeseen perittiin koko kolmen yön majoitus. Teiltä ei saatu mitään apua. Ehkä kanne nostetaan,”

”The breakfast options were plentiful and the staff were really nice.”

”Will stay again!”

”Breakfast is fantastic. Great location to use train. Not crazy about $70 fee. We did not need bikes or Peloton. Room was fantastic, but bathroom small. However, water pressure was awesome, and the bathroom off of the dressing room perfect. No bathroom fan, but dressing room space helped. Loved it.”

”Had a good 5-night stay here, everything worked. Although the room was snug, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom did the job (thought the night light was a great addition), and the location was superb (although a bit restless in the evenings). Only down side was the sound insulation which was alright, for a couple nights I could hear some machine humming away (fairly loudly) in the hallway, no clue what it was for, but was grateful when it finally stopped. All in all, great place with good...

”The property is absolutely beautiful, but the staff and restaurant were absolutely abysmal. To begin with, the food I ordered was atrocious. I had the dynamic scallop roll and it had more crab shell in it than crab meat and was barely edible. The next day I had the Wagyu dumplings which were served room temp and when I told the bartender, he said well, I guess that’s how they’re supposed to be. Got the impression that the whole entire staff could not care about anything. And then the final straw...

”Beautiful modern hotel. Good location. Appreciated there not being carpet throughout. Easy, convenient parking.”

”It was very loud, especially on Halloween night. Bed was unstable and creeked with every move. Shower was mediocre at best. The lobby was packed and hectic at night. We stayed here a year ago and it was great, this time was disappointing unfortunately.”
