”Excellent when I say a five star hotel, I mean a five star hotel!!!! From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was treated like a welcome and honored guest. The concierge service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as easy and as convenient as possible, they were ready with recommendations and were very attentive. I had never stayed at a Sofitel before I usually stay at Andaz‘s but I wanted to stay at a five-star hotel in Seoul that was so iconic....
”The hotel is newly opened, so rooms are clean, new and good size. Only the sink in the bedroom (and not in the bathroom) was really surprising and inconvenient, and also the airco was really loud and had a bright light, so it was bothering during night time.
