”The property itself is peaceful and beautiful. The pool is great. There was an iguana over the front gate to the property several times; We think he lives there and that was a cool experience. A lot of birds in the trees. There is a little store down the street, maybe just a five minute walk, that we didn't realize was there until our last day there. The closest restaurant is Atami Restaurant and that walk gets long fast. I recommend considering renting a car if you stay; that is one of our...

”We had the pleasure of spending our holiday weekend at this Punto Palmarcito estate. The entire home was a perfect amount of space for 18 of us. We could have definitely fit 3-5 more if we shared more beds. The staff that helps with the property was so helpful. We had breakfast made for us every morning and it was so affordable. They helped us with grocery shopping and errands too! The pool was clean and maintained by the groundskeeper. Fenced in property for that extra layer of security....

”The property was as advertised and the host was so lovely to communicate with! The house is spacious so our family of 6 had plenty of room to hang out. The air conditioning is great and the wifi was reliable for the online work I had to do while visiting. ”My family of 9 stayed here for a week to celebrate our many May birthdays and were extremely happy with our time here. The house is beautiful and located in a very safe location that’s only a short walk to town. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back and visit El Tunco. The town is very fun and there are plenty of tiendas and restaurants only a 5-10 minute walk away. The house was very nice with working A/C and a great outdoor area.
