”Great hotel, lovely staff and great food ”

”The price of the room was very low. It was located in a place that was very convenient for our needs. The room was small but clean. It provided us a place to sleep and shower, which was all we were expecting. The room itself was dated and could have used some minor repairs. All and all, it met our expectations and served our needs. If you are looking for a modern motel with great amenities, look elsewhere. ”The staff was very nice and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me. The pool was nice but the hot tub was covered over with plywood. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable but the freezer was iced over and I couldn't fit anything in it. Plus, the hallway spelt like smoke and on one of the nights, it spelt like marijuana. ”

”This was my 2nd time staying here before an early flight. I haven't used any other amenities, including restaurants or the casino. I ask to be as far from the action as possible. As a result, it's the quietest stay, and the most comfortable hotel bed EVER.”

”Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. ”

”The desk clerk of this property was very kind but the property, and especially the rooms were far from what was expected for $$$ we paid. The room smelled of mildewed sheets and dog dander. The beds slanted - not setting properly on bed frames. Sofa cushions sank into the frames and tiles chipped and lacked grouting in the bathrooms. We actually packed the car an hour after check in and didn’t even stay the night. We called the front desk and advised we left from the road, driving all...

”You get what you pay for. Walls are a bit thin, but whatchu gonna do? Nothing unhygienic about the room. Might be nice to bring a throw blanket with. Fine if you just need somewhere to sleep that’s cheap. ”
