”Unfortunately wasn't really met with much of a greeting. Was made to feel like a bit of a bother. Next day when I called to ask if I could discuss possibly staying a second night, front desk abruptly said they didn't have time for me and to call back in 20 minutes. While I can appreciate that mornings can be busy at a hotel with people possibly checking out, this was not the tone/way to respond to a client. Definitely not feeling any hospitality vibes”
