”The location was lovely, with beautiful and relaxing hot spring fed pools and a great spa area for treatments. the apartment was adequate but the furniture and kitchen applicances coud be better. The sofa was not comfortable as it was old and had the cushion worn out; the kitchen needs a coffee maker and a few more hand tools; it would be nice to have salt and pepper; oil and vinegar; and paper towels on hand. we had to buy all those things for a short four day stay. ”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Maremma Chic property. We had a rough trip from California, with plane diversions, rental car issues and a long drive to the property, arriving late at night, but the lovely property manager waited at her restaurant and had dinner-to-go for us and directed us to the rental. The property was just as described and perfect for our visit — convenient to the adorable town of Sovana and all of the local sites we wanted to see. The pool was heaven-sent after a long day of...

”La casa è ben posizionata ma necessita di manutenzione, un bagno perde l’acqua, due volte richiesto l’intervento di in idraulico per mancanza di acqua calda questo in pochi giorni di Spa per rilassarsi non è gratificante. In cucina mancano gli utensili per preparare una cena per 5. Bicchieri e piatti sono contati.. a parte questi dettagli. Ci è piaciuto molto lo staff è cordiale il ristorante è molto buona e le piscine sono molto pulite e piacevoli.”

”Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall.”
