”I chose this location for its views, balcony and ratings as a romantic location to celebrate a very significant wedding anniversary. The hotel and staff delivered a mixed experience. ”The setting was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was fresh, abundant and super tasty. We loved the thermal saltwater pool and the poolside drink service. There was a communication problem with our reservation but they took care of it seamlessly and upgraded us to a big room with a spectacular view to make up for it. I hope to go back there again and recommend it wholeheartedly.”
