Excellent place to stay in Sorrento. It’s located in the middle of the city, close to restaurants and bars, shopping and sightseeing. The staff is very professional and friendly. We had a minor problem with the hot water and we were immediately changed to another beautiful room. We met the owner and she was so very friendly and gave us a lot of tips and history about this incredible place. Highly recommended.

This property is a gem! Small and intimate we felt like we were staying in someone’s personal home. Anna and Jon were so gracious and hospitable. We spent a lot of time out on the beautiful and peaceful terrace: breakfast in the morning to an evening bottle of wine we purchased at a nearby shop. We really appreciated all the snacks and tea always available. The location couldn’t be beat! We were off the beaten path in the sense that there was only foot traffic allowed, no cars or scooters. The Accademia 39 is an exceptional property all the way around!

Beautiful sun filled room with high ceilings and a sweet balcony with a cafe table and chairs perfect for drinking coffee in the morning. Staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a B&B property so not your standard hotel, but the staff is very accommodating and helpful to all needs. It is smaller than staying at one of the larger hotels in the area, which we really enjoyed - it provided a very relaxing place to stay at the end of long days touring the city. It is in the heart of downtown so you are within walking distance of everything. The breakfast in the mornings is delicious and as far as getting there, we took a car service from the Naples train station - which was booked by the staff for us. However, the more local train station in Sorrento is only about a 15 minute walk from the hotel - which also makes it easy to get to some of the surrounding attractions like Pompeii.

What a wonderful bed & breakfast in the heart of Sorrento. We enjoyed a great breakfast on their peaceful patio each morning, perfect for conversation and planning our day. Limited rooms make it extremely quiet. The location is convenient to everything; we had short walks to the Circumvesuviana train, and pickups for day trips and tours. Hardwood floors throughout and a large family room in the center make this feel like you are at a home-away-from-home. We had a wonderful stay, thank you Accademia 39!

In the heart of old city, close to shops snd restaurants, it’s a casual family-like atmósfera in this 6 room guest house. Very clean, comfortable beds and big rooms, with Living Room and terrace available. Friendly helpful staff.

Great little b and b in the middle of Sorrento. Both John and Ana were very nice and helpful and the room very comfortable. Very lovely outdoor patio. A little difficult to find so make sure your driver leaves you off close to the property and have a map so you can find entrance to bldg.

This is a lovely comfortable guest house with many personal touches and wonderful attentive staff! We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco on the terrace and received complimentary lemoncello on another day. Enjoyable breakfast each morning. From this location you can walk to everything in Sorrento. Anna & John took excellent care of us during our stay! Would highly recommend this guest house for anyone looking for a place to stay in the heart of Sorrento!

Wonderful location, next to shops and restaurants. Staff was amazing! They were so kind and went out of their way to set up drivers, transfers, etc. Breakfast each morning on the terrace was delightful. Rooms were very clean and we loved sitting on the balcony. Highly recommend for a small boutique stay.

Excellent choice
This boutique hotel experience was truly lovely. They greet you like a friend upon your arrival welcoming you into your temporary home. The vibe is eclectic and warm, with a truly lovely covered patio where breakfast is served. The breakfast was delicious and made to order! The room accommodations are fairly large for Europe, with good strong A/C! The location is also excellent, right off the buzzing main square of Sorrento and next to the marina for quick ferry access.

Maison d’hôte avec énormément de charme, un vrai oasis de paix. Terrasse magnifique pour le petit-déjeuner - délicieux! - et pour relaxer le soir. Chambre et lit de grand confort, tous les détails sont pensés pour un séjour de rêve. Situé dans le cœur de Sorrento, nous avons pu profiter de l’emplacement pour découvrir le coin et, aussi, visiter Pompéi et prendre le ferry pour Capri. Martina nous a accueillies de manière très attentionnée.

We booked two rooms. Drain in shower and sink in one of the rooms were almost clogged. We let the stuff know but it was not fixed during our 5 days stay. Otherwise we he an amazing stay and can recommend the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Accademia. Staff were very helpful and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. Breakfast is good. Our room although small has two balconies which we loved. Very comfortable bed. Location is perfect. One thing to mention is that The water pressure is rather slow. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Hotel and Location
LOVED staying here. The staff, especially Vittoria and Jon, were incredible. Very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Great central location in Sorrento; close enough to Corso Italia, the main shopping side-streets, and the main Piazza overlooking the water. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. Common area had a really nice, homey, living room feel. It felt as though someone actually lived there which was refreshing compared to the average hotel common area. Also features an outdoor patio which was great to eat breakfast at or have a relaxing glass of wine later in the day. The breakfast was also fantastic every day. Cannot sing this hotel's praises enough.

Fantástico BB. Vitória é show no atendimento. Lugar extremamente bem localizado. Perto de tudo. Bons restaurantes, marinas, centro histórico, etc. O café da manhã é bom e farto. O espaço do BB é amplo e de extremo bom gosto. Há área interna e externa para um bom vinho. Ouve-se a música 86 bistrô de frente (boa comida da Hilária). Quarto amplo, limpo, excelente ventilação, bom aquecimento e muito boa ducha. Esse vale a reserva. Não terá qualquer insatisfação. Não tem indução a erro com fotos, conversa fiada, ou qualquer outro ardil. É bom mesmo.
