We had one of the Capo rooms, and it was just right for us. Having a mini fridge was nice. The room wasn't overly large, but we were really only in it to sleep or get ready for dinner, so it was enough space. Having an included breakfast was an added bonus.There was maid service each day (we never actually saw them because we were always gone), but they never replaced our towels. I'm fine with using the same towels for 3-4 days, but thought they would be replaced at least once. Maybe we needed to specifically request it? Otherwise, we would recommend staying here, and hope to again ourselves.

Via Capo was a terrific find. It is part of the 4 star Hotel Conca Park and you will be able to use all of the hotel amenities including the pool as well as the breakfast buffet. The add on unit only has 6 rooms in a separate building which is located right next door. Room 124 is the only room with a balcony. The room is large enough for a king size bed and a desk and chair as well as a good size modern bathroom.

An extremely beautiful setting and a top notch service. Very happy with our stay and could highly recommend. Downsides was the cleaning in our room that was okay but not more then that and also bed was a bit hard and small. But overall great value for money and would definitely come again!

El Capo Rooms have access to all the facilities at La Conca Park, although the rooms were a short walk to the main area but it was still convenient. My room have views over the gardens. Rooms were small and basic, no facilities not even tea and coffee. But was a great base to explore Sorrento.

La struttura era adiacente all’hotel Conca Park e si poteva usufruire dei servizi di questo Hotel molto bello con piscina, colazione molto abbondante e spa . Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile . La stanza non era molto grande e forse l’unico neo era che sporgeva sulla zona di scarico merci con conseguente rumorosità anche se limitata nel tempo. Estremamente soddisfatto

La mia prenotazione è avvenuta su Hotels.com scegliendo gli alloggi di Via Campo Rooms (che si trovano all'interno del Conca Park ad uno stabile vicino)una volta arrivati avevano disponibilità al Conca park e così abbiamo alloggiato li . I servizi sono eccellenti dal parcheggio (costo giornaliero di 20 € ,ma pagati volentieri visto il servizio del personale)al cibo ottimo e allo staff gentilissimo e attento a tutte le richieste del cliente. Le camere sono pulite,il letto è molto comodo. Distributori di acqua (gratis) ad ogni piano e in tutti gli ambienti comuni. La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale ...👍👍👍

Great blackout shutters
Had booked via capo room but when checked in they had a room at the main hotel so ended up there instead. Room was so tiny and quite dated, and as the hallways were tiled was extremely noisy and got woken up from some particularly noisy guests in the hallway at nighttime. Tiny shower, comfortable bed. The best thing were the rollers over the windows making it completely blacked out so could sleep in which needed after being kept up from noise the night before. We may have just been unlucky with other noisy guests during our stay! Pretty good breakfast choices but terrible coffee.

The only thing that counts is location, location, location. This little hotel is part of the Conca Park hotel. You don't get the same rooms as the four star hotel, it's basically a nice sized room with a nice bathroom, but you do get the use of the hotel's facilities. The rooms are clean and you have your own AC unit. The location is literally a five minute walk from Sorrento's main tourist drag with restaurants and shopping. There are several excellent delis in the area that are happy to make you sandwiches for a picnic if you're about that. The marinas are about a twenty minute walk down some steep stairs, but it's all very doable if your in decent shape. We had a car because we wanted to visit all the sights on our own schedule, the hotel charges €20/day for parking. Unless you're a good and somewhat aggressive driver I do not recommend driving in Italy, especially the steep and twisty roads of that area. Do not drive to Positano or Amalfi! The roads are a very tight and twisty with lots of large busses making the drive somewhat perilous, and parking is expensive and often (literally) impossible! We had a very pleasant stay, and Conca Park's is very friendly and helpful. They will assist you in making reservations for tours. Do go on the lemoncello, cheese and pizza making tour, you will have a great time!

The Via Capo rooms were just outside the Conca Park Hotel. And it was at this hotel we checked in. At the front door we were met by a golf cart to bring us to reception which was nice! We were escorted to Via Capo rooms which is just at the bottom of the hotel, probably closer to the pool than if you were staying inside the hotel. Room was clean and was serviced daily. Easy access to the hotel pool and hotel breakfast. There is a small gym. City tax of €3 per person per day was charged on check out (the same as every hotel). Happy with our stay and less expensive than the other hotels with pools and breakfast.

When we arrived we were upgraded to a room in their main building Conca park hotel. The hotel was beautiful and had a nice pool. Breakfast in the morning was great! The staff at the reception area were very friendly and helpful! Overall, we had a great stay!

The Coaca park hotel was amazing
We have booked via capo rooms - but when we checked in at the Coaca park hotel they gave us room in the hotel building. So we didn't really been in the via capo rooms. So we felt very lucky with the upgrade to the hotel which was amazing.

簡単に言えばプール付の一流ホテルの別館にあたると思えばいいですね！チェックインは一流ホテル、朝食もすばらしい内容で一流ホテルで、ただ部屋だけは別館に泊まる。もちろん部屋に不満点は見当たりません。すぐ近くにはナポリ湾まで見渡せるレストランも何軒あります。ここは我々の２週間のイタリア旅行でも「お値段以上」でしたね～　（ソレント駅から徒歩１５分）

Esperienza negativa, unico plus è la vicinanza al centro di Sorrento dove ci si arriva in 2minuti a piedi, stanza a prima vista carina, poi ad un'analisi più attenta sporca, letti scomodi e deformi, personale accettabile ed abbastanza disponibile,sembra però che non abbiano tanta voglia di assecondare le esigenze dei clienti, sembra che un po' tutto gli sia dovuto solo per averli scelti. Attenzione al parcheggio che è a pagamento e nn è indicato in maniera chiara nell'avviso online
