”Taytyy sanoa, että Palazzo Jannuzzi oli kertakaikkiaan superhieno kokemus. Sijainti Sorrentossa on paras mahdollinen. Palveluntaso ylitti kaikki odotukset. Aamiainen on fantastinen ja kotoisa. Paikanpäällä leivotut herkut kauniisti esillepantuna maistuivat aurinkoisella terassilla. Tunnelma oli todella kiva.”

”The room was told to be soundproof. It wasn’t and you could hear everything from the hallway even the next room taking a shower can be heard from our room. At night time some of the guests came in late and you can hear everything because the door doesn’t block the noise at all. We were promised starting appetizer but didn’t have them until i called about it. We asked for a blanket to sleep with because the room only had a sheet to sleep with. ”Edwardo was very accommodating and the property was very centrally located. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel like home even loaning converter chargers for our electronics. The rooms are spacious and clean updated and well maintained. This property was a welcome surprise. ”

”Ihanasti sisustetut kauniit siistit huoneet ja todella mukava kattoterassi porealtaineen. Hieno pulla-aamiainen läheisessä kahvilassa. Olisimme kuitenkin kaivaneet jotain suolaista 4-5 erilaisen pullan ja keksin sijaan. Hyvä kahvi ja tuoremehu. Majoituimme huoneessa, jossa oli vain kattoikkuna. Miinusta siitä, että varauksessa luki, että huoneessa oma parveke vaikka ei ollut. Ei ollut edes ikkunaa, josta katsoa ulos. Myös kylpytakit puuttuivat. Muuten hyvin varusteltu huone. ”My sister and I stayed here for three nights and it was lovely! We wanted to be right on the beach and this was a perfect location, very quiet with a couple of good restaurants just next door. The only issue was getting up and down the hill to the main street. One night a taxi drove us to a parking lot on the hill so we only had about a 5 minute walk down to the hotel, but taking the bus from the main city leaves you all the way at the top and it can be a bit steep. ”Good location but check in was awful. Please note that it is a remote check in and no one is on property. Host says they are available 8am to 10pm on What’s App, when we arrived for check in (after check in time) and reached out, the host did not reply for over 1.5 hours as we waited with our luggage. Had to reach out to Expedia to help. No apologies were given either. I would not stay here again due to the difficulty of check in. ”
