”I looked at reviews after I booked everything. One main thing is that, yes, reception is never there, but they communicate through WhatsApp, so if something was needed, you could contact them. I don’t believe I am asking for too much, but there was no kettle. So you either find a shop and buy coffee and tea yourself, or go down to the restaurants below and constantly order from there. There is a fridge in the room, but there are no shops unless you go into Sorrento by bus and bring things...

Let's start at the beginning....after I made the reservation, the owners were in contact with me via WhatsApp texting, giving me tips and offering assistance before and during our stay. Guilia (pronounced Julie), met us at the property upon our arrival and gave us a thorough tour of our room. Our room was VERY spacious, with a king size bed, couch/day bed, large screen (55+) TV, very nice ensuite (bathroom), a mini fridge, stocked with waters...
