”This place is a transient hotel with several undesirable people milling about the lobby begging for rooms and/or money. Staff were polite if you could find them but they were not around very often. Beds were very uncomfortable, furniture was damaged, sheets and blankets had cigarette burn holes in them.”

”Arrived tired at 9 pm , walked into bathroom .. sink stopper was broken , and a floor towel was placed over tub/ shower , over looking a half pound of dirt in tub! Completely covering it ! Like someone actually was potting a plant inside tub! Went to front desk , and 10 min later .. a guy showed up with two used towels and a bottle of some cleaner .. and 5 min later he says .. all done ! Not once did he rinse out the cleaner used! I ran tub .. and it maintained two inches of water in it! ...

”I did not stay at this property, a night was booked in error and the instant I realized the mistake, I tried to cancel, to which management responded "sorry. You're paying for this room whether you use it or not" i could not get ahold of anyone at the property to discuss the error. Even the phone number provided is "out of service" it took expedia nearly a week to get through to someone and they did not hesitate to let me know that I was stuck with the bill.
